    The food was hot and fresh. This sonic always serves hot and fresh food. Only once they didn't put a straw so now I just check to make sure they put one in the bag before I leave.

    Ordered a single drink. It took 12 minutes to get it. There were 3 other cars at the restaurant. No explanation was given why it took so long. This has happened multiple times.

    Car hop Evelyn needs work. She always says "Your welcome" in a very smug manner. I use the app and tip her and she responds with "your welcome" like I should be one thanking her! I'm the one choosing to spend my money here and tip you! Evelyn should be the one thanking ME! NOT the other way around. I will not be tipping her anymore until she starts showing some appreciation for her customers.

    I ordered a chili cheese combo with mozzarella sticks, and I asked for ranch before I paid. I got my food. The lady walked off so fast. I couldn’t tell her to get me ranch so I pressed the button again for ranch and they still have me wait. Two more minutes. My food was cold and I wanted a refund so when they came to my car. They still brought the ranch and I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do that. . I want my money back Because the food is cold and they don’t want to remake it and they said there’s not a manager on shift I will never visit this location again so I need to know how can I get my refund?

    The service here is usually pretty horrible in my opinion. That's mostly based off of my past experiences. However, today I was delighted to FINALLY come across someone like Bobbie who is kind, polite & an absolute breath of fresh air. Her reasoning behind such an amazing level of customer service, "I just like to treat others the way I'd like to be treated." Bobbie is definitely setting the PREFECT example of how customer service should be. Please give her a raise & let her train the other employees like the night shift! Thank you Bobbie. I appreciate you!!! 🙏🏼😊
