Cashier who took my order was rude. I was in uniform. Is this how you treat service members AND travelers from out of town??? English is not my first language either.

The experience was awful. We waited over an hour for our food and had ordered online before we got there. They were not handing out orders efficiently or in a fast manner at all. They came out and asked multiple times for peoples names and orders and did not serve them in the order they came. They were not in a hurry. We had to tell them what to make. Even when we got our order we were still missing things. Yes it was extremely busy, but with how fast they were working you would have thought they had five people waiting instead of a crowd standing outside the door.

I’m submitting my reviews backwards - let me start by saying, this is my third Sonic in 1.5 weeks that I’ve eaten at and I am happy to say, I have not been disappointed.
As a kid, Sonic was the go to. Something changed in the quality over the years where the food was saturated in grease and the smell was unappealing. Due to the that, I hadn’t Sonic in maybe 10+ years.
Being my third location, in a week and a half, the moment my food arrived, wow! Quality is on point! The buns have a slight sweetness (not like overly sweet), the tomatoes and lettuce were bright and flavorful, the cheese was normal, and the fries weren’t soggy with oil plus the limeade diet with easy ice was cool.
The gal with the green nail polish that gave me my food, I wish I could recall your name (I’m sorry) checked back in after I threw my trash away and asked how it was. I said, ‘Amazing… so good’ - add additional adjectives to understand how remarkable it was.
Any who, thanks for a great third experience! I’ve told three people already😝.
