    My burger was supper soggy there was no point in eating it gave it to my dog and the cartoff bites didn’t have anything on them just the fried dough terrible tasted nasty I see why sonic is going out of business

    Probably the most disappointing Sonic experience yet. Nothing was made with love, care, effort, or urgency which explains why it sits empty at lunchtime in a busy area.

    server was a rude dude did not have a polite tone when he could not hear me ordering at a VERY normal tone and yelled "I CANT HEAR YOU" even though we had just said it and in the same tone as the first items very disrespectful and rude

    First off, the guy with the long locs who works the night shift is extremely rude. I placed an online order for drinks only and waited about 20 minutes. When I finally went to the speaker to ask what was going on he didn’t want to hear my concern at all and just told me to go through the drive-thru. I’m not sure why no one could have come out or communicated the delay especially since it was just drinks. When I got to the window I told him my name and what I ordered and even tried to show him my phone screen. He responded with an attitude, saying “your name?” as if I hadn’t already said it. I don’t understand how you can have an attitude with a customer who has been waiting that long. I usually love this Sonic but this employee was very unprofessional and made the experience frustrating.
