  The hostess was off to a rocky start, but I can’t rave enough about the service Nicole provided! It’s the best service we’ve ever received here. She turned the experience around 150 percent. Anytime we come here, we will only eat if she’s on shift!

  My disappointment was saltgrass, cause I haven’t been here in several years. He went up on your pricing. You changed your loaf of bread the whole recipe and you provided literally a roll instead of a loaf not to mention your portions are smaller. The fondue was borderline, salty and very small tea was watery. Just very disappointed you can do better.

  2/28/26 around 5:45-6pm Saturday evening We sat in the back section east side of the restaurant. We love Saltgrass and the food here. The review is on the customer service we received by the server named Britney. My colleague and I came to eat after work and was seated by the host in the server Britney section(she had natural black hair up in a high ponytail) I believe her name is Britney. She wasn’t very welcoming and the way we felt was rushed and she was very short with us. Her demeanor and tone made us feel uncomfortable, however we just looked past it and tried to finish out the time to try and enjoy evening… she came back to take our drink order and we wanted to place the food together but she kept cutting us off and proceeded to move on as if she was irritated. Came back again took food order and we proceeded to ask some questions about what we’re ordering and I specifically asked not to receive my salad in a cold dish, still brought it that way knowing I did not want it. So I asked is there not another dish you can put my salad in that isn’t refrigerated? She immediately got frustrated grabbed the bowl instead of listening to the customer to understand and instead of offering a solution or trying to help resolve anything she said I’ll get a manager and walked off. This is something that didn’t require a manager it was something so small and simple. My colleague looked at me and what like what the hell was that????? At that moment we decided to not dine there and we got up and left. We have eaten here many times and have NEVER been given bad service or treated with attitude from ANY other server EVER! We were really shocked. It’s the PRINCIPLE of the matter and I wanted to say something because I felt not so great after the treatment and left.

  My husband's steak was cooked incorrectly. While the waiter was pleasant, he did not make eye contact with my husband to inquire about the steak, nor did he ask why it remained uneaten. This was quite disappointing. The only reason I am awarding two stars is for the cheesy fries, which were enjoyable as usual.

  I absolutely love Saltgrass Steakhouse! The service is consistently top-notch—attentive, friendly, and clearly hardworking. The management team is professional and genuinely engaged with guests, making sure everyone feels welcome and well taken care of. The kitchen clearly takes pride in what they do, because the steaks are cooked to perfection every time. Start your meal with a Grilled Pineapple Margarita (or two)—they’re the perfect way to kick things off. For appetizers, the Seafood Gumbo and Range Rattlers are must-tries. When it comes to entrées, you can’t go wrong with the Signature Steak and Shrimp (hands down the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had!) or the Chicken Laredo paired with their creamy mac and cheese. Don't forget to try the Strawberry Spinach salad or Potato Soup prior to your meal! And to finish on a high note, the made-from-scratch Homestyle Carrot Cake is the perfect sweet ending. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, Saltgrass always delivers a fantastic dining experience!
