  First time here. Had been wanting to try this place for a while now but was pretty disappointed. Coming in we only had the option to use the kiosk to place our order so not even a really welcoming vibe. Then the prices were misleading as my friend ( also a first timer here) and me chose combos they added on to the original combo price for adding a drink and fries? So in totals for my hotdog and his sandwich, two small fries, two small drink we paid about $31. Seating area was clean, open and not at all crowded. We waited for the order to be called out. We tried the Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich. In the advertisement it shows that it has peppers but we had to pay to add it on. The sausage was cooked well and juicy unfortunately the dryness from the beef really off set it. I feel like maybe having a dipping sauce would have worked but still shouldn’t rely on it to save this sandwich from dryness. Also tried the Char Grilled Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, again the sausage was good and full of flavor however the amount of onions was very little. Visually it looked like it was have a decent amount but once I took a bite I noticed that there was like 2 strips of onions and tasted more of mustard. Was really disappointed with this visit especially for the price I expected more when it came to flavor. If this key thing wasn’t a miss I wouldn’t have minded the cost but that wasn’t the case here.

  I absolutely LOVE coming to this particular location. The staff is hardworking, always nice and fix my food how I like it. Crystal & Terry are great managers. Crystal is so pleasant, sweet and she always provides Stellar & Top Notch customer service. She has a great team and look forward to coming on every visit. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Got the double cheese burger and it tasted delicious! It was huge. Could barely fit it in my mouth. I will be back to try the Chicago style hot dog and the slice beef sandwich! The staff was friendly and the manager was super informed. She new everything on the menu by heart and was right on the money with her recommendations. Fry's were good and so were the onion rings.

  Reed was very pleasant and helpful. He is the first person to ask if I had rewards. It ended up saving me money so I bought extra food because I was in a good mood. Thanks Reed

  I hardly ever give reviews bcs Iam most forgiven mostly do surveys and give great ones bcs I have done costumer service my whole life; and know it can be hard. However tonight was most sad service I got not from employees and not even for the fact that I had to return to get my burger replaced bcs the meat was burnt. It was because I got to witness the manager lady be most rude and screaming to the girl outside who was helping us to have my burger replaced; the order girl outside was most kind and sweet from the first time she took the order to the time we came back. However the lady manager when we pulled up to the window didn’t acknowledge us; didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Us asked “let me have the ticket order” bluntly!”” No greeting; no any type of connection. we handed the ticket and the burger she turned away; order her staff the burger walked away. I have worked in the food industry I had never seen any of my old manager treat a guest as an inconvenience and definitely not be rude to staff in front of guests!” It breaks the spirit. I drove across Arlington to get to this business. Sad experience!”””” Once more I was given the burger by another employee also she was sweet! But the lady manager definitely not right personality for the type of costumer service industry and sweet employees!””” Hope she gets better or maybe manage somewhere where her face and her speaking is not seen of her rude ways heard.
