  Went for my girlfriend's birthday (she likes chain restaurants). I had a very good burger perfectly cooked, and of course, blooming onions. A nice evening.

  Came in yesterday and had a wonderful server named Sharon! It was her first day and I was shocked to see how attentive she was. The food was also amazing, fresh and hot. Great location 🙂👍🏽

  Okay I know things happen but my husband works hard and it was our dinner date My husband had a 12 oz ribeye and I have a sirloin steak we also had a spinach appetizer as well The food tasted good that wasn't the issue our waiter was attentive as well but when we were halfway through with our dinner a lady and her little girl came running past us while the little girl was vomiting running down the aisle she vomited right in front of us some splattered on my shoe my husband has a very weak stomach He immediately jumped and went outside and said come on he was done I was forced to sit there while they threw towels on top of it and was smearing it into the floor I had my shirt over my face cuz yes I know things happen but it totally ruined our evening.. The manager slides over and says I'm so sorry I'm so sorry I'm going to take care of this I'm going to give you a good discount I said please hurry I don't want to sit here then they went to get a mop I'm still sitting there waiting on the manager so then the waiter comes over he gives us $20 off granite my husband did not even touch his potato He did eat half of his steak but he wanted to take that home with us I wanted to take my food home as well but we were forced to leave it there I feel like the manager should have did more than that I end up paying $56 and then I gave a tip as well when I got home and told my mom and my neighbors about it they're like oh I would have walked out that would have just been too much and I understand things happen but this was my experience just wanted to see what other people thought

  I'm a longtime customer. The Arlington, Texas staff is absolutely awesome. The young people in the Take Out" area are great! Mahalia's customer service skills are of another level of awesome! Local managers echo and atmosphere of customer service and appreciation for the military veteran community! 👏 👌 🙌

  The food and service at Outback was excellent. We first went to Longhorn Steakhouse down the street (we live in Irving) because we wanted something different. We eat regularly at the Irving Outback). At Longhorn, we did not get to eat. Waited from 7:25 to 8:20 for a party of 3. After waiting 55 minutes, we were told there were still 24 parties ahead of us. Since Outback Steakhouse on I-20 was only a few miles away and had no wait, we decided to go there. It was our first time at this location. It was the great food and service we expected. Sorry for the confusion. I thought my original post was on Longhorns page.
