    I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. After I helped another customer, the manager went out of his way to thank me and insisted on giving me a free meal. That level of kindness and appreciation really stood out. Excellent service and a great team.

    I just came from this McDonald and the service there is so terrible. I actually come here pretty often I rarely get any problems in the AM but night shift are terrible unless the 2 black ladies with dreads, the Asian girl or Hispanic girl are there. Im guessing they have a new manager because Ive never seen him on either shifts, but he is completely terrible and needs to be fired. The 2 people at the window didn’t know what we have and when we told them they still gave us the wrong order. We had 2 separate orders and didn’t want to give us the 2nd order I guess because they were confused I don’t know. Once we vocalized what we actually ordered they pulled us up and now have to wait even longer for them to hopefully bring the right order. The 2 girls at the window didn’t know what they were doing at all and when we spoke to the manager on duty all he had to say was that they were new and didn’t know what’s was going on so he couldn’t do anything. When she finally brought the order out she then said we must pay for the Mac sauce we already ordered so I’m guessing they didn’t even add it to our order in the first place. When I go inside you hear the girls trash talking about us so at this point I don’t even want the food. I ask the manager there names he said that were named Jayla and Kayla which I honestly highly doubt that he was being honest. While I’m speaking to the manager other customers are coming to complain because they also received the wrong order and others have been waiting for around 20 minutes for there’s. He may not have given me the correct names but I know exactly what they looked like, 1 was a black girl with red braids the rudest of the the 2 and there 2nd was a white girl with blonde/brunette hair. I’m a GM myself (literally just got off work & stopped to get food for me & my daughter) would never have someone with such terrible service and attitude on my crew especially when there making mistakes and have the nerve to trash talk the paying customer who simply wants the correct food they paid for. Basically a terrible experience overall something needs to be done immediately

    I just had the worst experience going to a McDonald’s location. I’m pregnant and I was craving for a hot chocolate from McDonald’s, it’s not the first time I go to this location and never had a bad experience before. I decided to go order inside and the person that came to me said “FYI the lobby closes in 7 minutes” (it was 9:53 pm) I said “it’s fine I’m just ordering a hot chocolate” To what he responded “the machines are not working we closed them because it’s new years, sorry” I went back to my car and saw a lot of people coming in and kept ordering and I had a feeling that he just lied to me. When to the drive through, ordered my hot chocolate, everything quick and guess what?!? I got my hot chocolate as always!! Apparently this person is a new manager because I have barely seen him a couple of times and he’s always smoking outside next to the door, it’s really uncomfortable to go in because of the smell, I always come at the same time (9:50-10 pm) and everybody else is nice! So the manager on 01/01/2026 at 9:53 pm is SO RUDE AND LAZY!!

    Probably one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve been to in DFW. Because food and service. Often wait 10-30 min when going through drive thru and ordering on mobile. I now have to double- and triple-check my order before driving off because they almost always forget one or two items. Yesterday, I had to go into the lobby because they forgot two baskets of fries. The manager seemed more concerned about how I got into the lobby (it was 10 PM and the door was unlocked) than about the fact that he and his staff had missed items from my order. I didn’t answer his question and had to repeat twice what they had forgotten.

    Honestly, this was one of the most ridiculous fast food experiences I’ve had. They took my money, made me sit in line for over 15 minutes, and kept pushing me forward, and then just told me, “Sorry, we’re not serving breakfast,” even though I was there well within their hours and arrived well before the cutoff. It’s just unacceptable to waste a customer’s time like that. I won’t be coming back.
