  I finally tried the Big Arch. It is a hit. Only McDonald's could make this burger.

  Good food. Service was fine. It was 6:45 am. Strangest thing GPS sent us there even though it was NOT the "McDonald's Near Me". So watch. Double check it with Google.. Where's the nearest McDonald's to and add your address. Then click AI. I asked Google why it did that. It said because of traffic flow and efficiency. Whose efficiency? Not mine!!!

  I stopped by on February 18th approx 430 hours after a long day at work. I always go inside and was waiting at the counter with two other customers for approximately 8-10 minutes. An older man looked up from the kitchen and headed towards the counter. He ask if I wanted to order and I replied yes, I'll have a Filet of fish and he interrupted me there before I could finish my order and said you need to use the KIOSK if you want to place an order😲. I told him he had my request and that I was not ordering off a computer kiosk and he then said he couldn't help me. SO, I LEFT. I've been going to this McDonald's for approximately 40 years and seriously disappointed in the recent quality/ temperature of the food and lack of customer service. I'm 70 years old and If I wanted to order food on a computer kiosk , I would have brought a 12 year old with me to figure out that darn thing. Plus I'm not in the habit of touching a computer screen that hundreds before me touched when I don't know what their fingers have been touching all day. Sad but I doubt that I'll ever stop there again 😪. They spent a lot of money on a remodel and it looks nice but I think the money would have been better spent training their staff on how to take care of their customers especially ones that have been there for decades. I posted a review before and was directed to corporate of which was a joke. Seriously the information provided was insufficient and I was not able to get through. If the local manager/owner cannot reply to concerns and complaints and passes the buck.... it goes to show THEY DONT CARE... Found out that WENDY'S across the highway has a fish sandwich of which I really enjoyed.

  We ordered online just to be told to wait 20 minutes for our order, then our order came out incorrect and missing items we were charged for, this location does not care about customer service or quality of your order, they are good for nothing, i suggest a different location entirely, this happens EVERYTIME we order from this location

  Breakfast is as good as I remember. The coffee is good also.
