    This location is consistently bad. Missing items, incorrect items, never seem to understand what extra pickles means. It’s not on the door dasher. They don’t even get to look in the bag. Get some competent employees. I’m begging you.

    Its McDonald's. The food is great, came out warm. The only complaint i have is that its a little dirty and the staff is super rude, they either dont care or dont want to listen. My order came out wrong but when I asked for the correct things, they questioned me about it like I did something wrong. I wouldnt come back tot his location.

    My sister and I ordered online and pulled up to this location, they said their machines or computers were down, that they weren’t taking any orders. One even asked, “Why would you order if our computers are down?” My sister, “We ordered online not in person” then they proceeded to say we needed to cancel it. Why were we able to order online then if the machines were down? We went to the next closest location on Forest Bend, hoping that they would honor our order since this location didn’t want to help. The manager said that he couldn’t because it was ordered at another one but he offered to call the location to see what was going on since he knew the manager there. The staff there said that they haven’t turned anybody away when they clearly did 10 minutes before, there was another car in front of us too. We did NOT lie. They said that we could go back and they would serve us. At that point, we let Forest Bend’s location take care of us. The manager there was so nice and confused why this location would say such things but it was true and I hope they don’t lie or do that again.
