If I could give 0 stars I would. I was only here due to spending time with my grandma I don't live around here. When you walk in it's loud which I get cause construction. ok fine. The smell though idk but ok fine. Then you walk in the kids room omg it literally overpowered me with the smell of sewer gave me a literal instant migraine then we receive our food and we were missing three four piece nuggets and the pie. Then we receive the food my sandwich had a small hair in it so I had it replaced and the replacement had more hair on it

Horrible service, do not come here. African lady wearing a red long sleeve today 12/31 around 4:45pm extremely rude did not greet me closed the window in my face and called me a “dumb girl” to a younger employee and then refused me service when i called the store to complain she answered the phone when i asked for a manager and then she hung up the phone in my face.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but today’s experience truly crossed a line and needs to be addressed.
I stopped by this McDonald’s to grab food for my kids, something we do often and order the exact same way every single time: a 10-piece nugget meal and a 4-piece nugget Happy Meal. This order never changes, which should make it simple and straightforward.
After placing my order, I was asked to pull forward. While waiting, I observed extremely unprofessional behavior at the window. The employee was openly gossiping, and I witnessed someone from inside throwing lids at her from a distance. Although this already set a poor tone, I chose to ignore it and remain patient.
When the food was finally brought out, I immediately noticed the Happy Meal was missing. I calmly pointed this out to the employee. Instead of apologizing or checking the order, she responded with a very nasty attitude, demanded to see my receipt, and took the bag from me. She then stated, “You ordered 4 nuggets,” as if that somehow dismissed the issue. I explained that I had ordered a 4-piece nugget Happy Meal. At that point, she rolled her eyes at me and told me I could “pull around and ask for a manager.”
Rather than continuing to argue in the drive-thru, I parked and went inside. I spoke with not one, but two different individuals who identified themselves as managers. When asked who the employee was, I described her as the girl with the bright pink hair. Shockingly, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the attitude or unprofessional behavior, and no attempt to resolve the situation beyond simply handing me the missing Happy Meal items. That was it.
Mistakes happen. I fully understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of basic courtesy, accountability, and customer service from both staff and management. A simple apology or even a polite tone would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with eye-rolling, attitude, and indifference.
I understand this is McDonald’s, and expectations for professionalism may not be sky-high—but kindness and respect should always be a baseline. Today’s experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unnecessary. Please do better.

The worst run McDonald’s location in North America. An embarrassment to the city of Arlington, a blight upon the state of Texas, and an insult to our national character. Some delightful items I have received from this restaurant include:
(1) Cheeseburger with no burger
(2) Sausage biscuit with no sausage
(3) Bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no bacon or cheese
(4) milkshake that didn’t exist
(5) Cheeseburger with no burger (again)
Some things I would rather do than patronize this location:
(1) contract polio and spend the rest of my life in an iron lung
(2) ingest a radioactive fluid that instantly liquifies my organs
(3) fall from an airplane into a pile of razor blades
(4) be entombed alive in a vat of molten copper
(5) inherit one billion dollars, have the billion dollars stolen, and watch while the thief withdraws one billion gold dollar coins and drops each of them directly onto my forehead at terminal velocity from the top of the Burj Khalifa.
The coffee beverages are pretty good.

Grabbed a quick bite at McDonald’s tonight and it hit the spot. Fries were hot, burger fresh, and the soda machine worked perfectly (small victories!). The crew was friendly and kept things moving even during the dinner rush. I noticed they’ve switched to more digital ordering screens — super convenient. Not a fancy experience, but solid for a late-night craving. I’d call it an easy 8/10.
