  In the drive-thru and 2nd window guy asks if I can go inside to pick up my mobile order, (medium hot honey chicken sandwich combo + one 40% off double cheeseburger--thx to app daily offer) been wanting to try out the new hot honey thing. I'm assuming he's asking because guy ahead of me had to pull up a bit and wait for their order to come out too. I tell him no, and explain that I chose drive- thru to not have to go inside and gave him the 'what if I wasn't wearing pants' line lol. He doesn't say anything, just shrugs and mumbles idk. I then say that usually you guys tell me to pull up into a pick up parking spot and deliver to car? He again just stands there until I ask for a manager and that's when he turns and asks someone how much longer on order for Albert, and literally not even 30sec later I get my bag. Why even ask me to go inside when that entire interaction was 1min at most? Because cars in front and behind me? Who cares! I'm the current customer and my order wasn't large. Obv the bag had no ketchup or napkins but if service was like that at this location its to be expected--avoid this one and go to one on Matlock instead for good service if ever in south Arlington.

  I think the workers were dropped as kids but idk 🤷🏼‍♂️ They had to re do my order 3 times because they forgot something but 3rd times the charm

  El peor servicio con el personal no entregan la orden completa y no les importa lo que le digas ya no te dan tu comida y más si em lugar se encuentra lleno prepárate para no recibir tu comida completa

  I placed a mobile order this morning for breakfast items and paid for it with the McDonald’s app around 10:15am and arrived in the drive through window at 10:30. By the time they asked me for the code for the order, it was already 10:33. I was told my order had auto cancelled because breakfast stopped at 10:30. I asked if they could make an exception since it was only 3 minutes after even though I had placed the order well before breakfast had ended. They said no. Hey McDonalds. If you can’t account for the time it takes to physically drive to your restaurant, maybe you should turn off breakfast ordering so your consumers don’t waste 25 minutes of their time.

  Have been to McDonalds a thousand times for many positive reasons. This location was a nightmare. Did a drive through for a cup of ice coffee. Wait time to order was very quick. But at the window no one showed up for payment or the cup. Pulled over & expected a crowded facility. There were only 2 or 3 customers & no line. Again just stood there for several minutes before someone showed up. When they finally provided the Black w no sugar order it had cream or milk in it. I drank it and the quality was fine. Saved the concerns for this post.
