  Well, shame on me. I read the reviews of this location, but my daughter wanted donuts today, and I thought green donuts would be fun. We were waiting in line, and a young woman came from the back with a headset on. She said "can I take your order", but I assumed she was doing drive thru since she didn't seem to be addressing us. She then said "I'm not getting yelled at for you". I told my daughter she was talking on the headset. She then turned and stared at us and said " what do you want?" I told her I was sorry, that I thought she was doing drive thru, and asked about the green donuts they advertised for free if wearing green. She said they didn't have any, so we chose something else. The only other thing she said to us was to ask if I needed the receipt. All in all, costumer service was lacking to say the least. My daughter said the donuts were good, but the chocolate milk tasted lime regular milk with brown food coloring in it.

  I ordered a couple of cold drinks from this place, but was told they weren’t available. When I called to confirm if I was still being charged, the manager was rude and sarcastic—I hadn’t been confrontational at all, just asking simple questions. She hung up on me, and when I called back requesting her boss, she claimed to be the boss, gave me attitude after I asked for HR’s number and her name, then sarcastically said “go ahead and call the President if you want,” before hanging up again. This was extremely unprofessional; being busy is understandable, but there’s no excuse for taking it out on customers

  Went in and ordered a signature assorted dozen, expecting what was detailed in the menu online. I don’t know if the menu is outdated but what I received was not what was listed. I even asked for clarification while ordering and made sure they understood I wanted the SIGNATURE and not seasonal as they rung me up, the only response I got was “they’re the same price.” When I further clarified that I’m trying to order what was listed online (and showed them the menu) they said yes it comes with the same thing so it doesn’t matter what it’s rung up as. I got my order and it obviously wasn’t the assortment listed online (despite showing them the list!!). I don’t know if the google menu is outdated, but they had every chance to clarify that when I showed them exactly what I wanted.

  This was a 1/2 & 1/2 Experience. It's been a while since I've been here. I ordered on app to do a special for my family. When ordering on app you do need to go inside to pick up, not go through drive through. OK, now I know. So, I go in and they are making my order. During the time, I was NOT told they are substituting the teddy bear face with crushed oreo as a topping. What I also didn't realize is the teddy bear was the face on a cookies and creme donut. So the switch wasn't the donut, it was the topping on the donut. I didn't read the description of the teddy bear. I found out as I decided to look at box BEFORE I left. Surprise, I called out and asked about the teddy bear, that's when they let me know about the issue of no faces and the substitute. We actually don't like a lot oreo cookies in the family. The other donuts were very good and tasty. The service would have been alot better if I had been given the opportunity to switch it out. A simple. "Oh mam, we are out of the face but the donut is the same." we have xx topping will that be ok?" would have been excellent, above & beyond service. I understand I came in on valentine's day, which was a busy time that morning for them. A little extra service goes a long way in building loyal customers. Otherwise order was correct and nice. Now I remember why it's been a while since I've come in. No one looked like they enjoyed their position or was having fun, or happy to see all of the customers. Definitely feeling the "we are too busy (or short handed)" vibe. Retail is tough especially on holidays. Leadership may want to help out with the culture vibe.
