- RMRonica McQueenDec 29, 20251.0Interaction with General Manager Lily resulted in police presence. Lily explained the order could not be fulfilled due to lack of ingredients. When I asked her to provide confirmation number of canceled order, she refused and stated her computers wouldn’t allow the request. This isn’t the first incident from this location that resulted in refunds being requested yet not received! Therefore I requested the confirmation email. Asked for store number and franchise owner email in order to escalate my complaints to corporate but Lily refused to comply and provide requested information. She shut the drive thru window in my face which resulted to me driving around and parking. When I entered the establishment, Lily was in her office in a meeting and couldn’t speak to me. She finally walked out when Arlington police arrived and stated she had the right to refuse service and asked me to leave property to never return! Police offered assistance in gaining contact information, for me to contact “Shay” I called to determine “Shay’s” availability to speak to only be told not to call anymore and Shay is the other general manager and wouldn’t be of any assistance. So not only for Lily lie and withhold information from the police, she continues to give me a run around. Ultimately I am upset with the inconvenience of the entire situation and the incident could have been avoided initially had she been more cooperative! I explained that the Arlington location was the only one closest to my house but Lily expressed that I should travel to a surrounding city for any further business! What started as a nice morning treat for my child, resulted in an entire afternoon of anger and frustration. As general manager, Lily needs proper training on public relations and what it takes to offer quality service to all customers she encounters!
