  If I could give this one a zero I would. Waited 20 minutes for 4 tenders. Every order went before me. Having worked as a fryer I know it takes 2:30 for tenders when I told a manager she said they were still waiting. I showed her my receipt and my phone to compare times. Asked to be called back over the phone and nothing happened. Who ever is running the restaurant needs to realize customer service is different in Texas than Phillipines where Jollibee originates from. Went on Saturday 1/3/25 it's now 1/7/25 and nothing...

  Food very average and over priced. My 1st time but everything we had was good but nothing worth coming back for. Ordered spicy chicken basket which none seem to offer breast so only legs & thighs fries, spaghetti, & mash potatoes the spaghetti is sweet taste good but still nothing to where I'm rushing to go back

  I had a very unpleasant dining experience today. They changed my order without my consent and tried to brush it off. When I was communicating with the waiter, the manager secretly said something to the waiter and refused to communicate further. From now on, you must pay attention to your orders, otherwise they won't care about you.It is suggested that a more professional and responsible manager be appointed.

  I love going to Jollibee. Their fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy is incredible…the gravy has this nostalgic, comfort-food flavor that really sets it apart. It’s easily my favorite fast-food chicken. Their tenders are really good too. I like making a little slider with a tender and a biscuit. The problem is, ordering tenders always adds at least a 20–30 minute wait. If it’s delivery, forget it….my Uber driver ends up stuck waiting every single time. They say the tenders are cooked to order, but that wait is brutal. And the service is ok. Nothing great or bad. Depends on who’s working. At this point, I should probably just stop ordering the tenders and stick with the regular chicken.

  First time for my family to visit Jollibee and I thought it was just another fried chicken place. However, it is different due to its Filipino style, spaghetti offerings, and specialty drinks. We ordered a 10-Piece Chickenjoy Meal in classic flavor. It came with drumsticks and thigh meat. The sides we ordered were Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes, and Jolly Spaghetti. I liked the flavor of the fried chicken, although it didn't taste particularly unique over other places. I prefer it without the sauce that is included. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes tasted good too. Maybe next time, we will try the Korean BBQ flavor. There was about a 20-minute wait due to being pretty busy. There were not any indoor tables open when we arrived around 1:30 PM on a Sunday, but there are seats outside.
