  went in today at 7:10 pm march 15, 2026 I walk in the whole area where the lemons are is sticky and full of old tea dropping. one of the iceberg machine is empty. no paper towels nowhere in sight. I get to the counter the boy checks me out I ask you guys dont put out paper towel anymore? oh its probably just ran out so im thinking he going to get some I just walk to the restroom and get some out the dispenser in there. I come back out look at the counter he standing there playing with his cell phone never even tried to ho restock the paper towel in the lobby

  Nice variety of different tea flavors. Try before you buy. My only knock is there's one parking spot in front of the building. Not a deal breaker but just a little akward.

  We cannot praise this place enough. The tea is good, but on top of that, every time we have come to this particular location, the owner is in the store. He is always so friendly and is actually there working and greeting people. He has great energy, and we leave there in a good mood. I love the tea, and I have been to many HTeaOs traveling for work, but this location is definitely above the rest as far as customer service goes.
