  I live in Mansfield. This is the closest HTO. I have to my house. I drive to work to Eastchase and 30, And instead of taking the highway for a quicker route, I travel all the way down Matlock or Cooper to get to this location. The general manager, Jared is very pleasant and super helpful in the morning shift. Both women and men are pleasant as well. They are always super helpful in the general manager, even agreed to help during physical therapy month and donated 17 gallons of tea to my physical therapists. My clinic Director and my therapist were so surprised and super happy That they were being recognized for their hard work and dedication to their patients and the community. Thank you, HTO on Arkansas Lane for being a pleasant stop in my mornings. I’ll see you guys this morning! I recommend this location to anybody!

  LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I bought a reusable insulated metal cup, and with the discount I get refilling it, it should be paid for in 200 visits. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. The tea is great, the cupcakes are addicting (but worth it), and the staff is the best. I mean seriously, who doesn't want to be wished a blessed day just for buying tea? We keep on going back for our daily dose of tea and blessings. Thanks Jared (and team)! PS: I asked why they do not have a decaf sweet zero, and apparently, I am one of the few caffeine sensitive old ladies that want it. However, if you are like me, they will make decaf sweet zero for you - as long as you'll take 2 gallons. Just call ahead or plan to hang out for a bit while you wait.

  I visit this location several times a week; however, my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing and unlike my usual experience. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, there were no other customers present, yet I was told that my order was still being prepared. It was apparent that it had not even been started until I walked in and provided my name. Once the drinks were completed, another employee came to the front and stood near the display, appearing distracted and uninterested. She then asked the team member on the headset what my order was, laughing as she did so. My order consisted of only a drink and a bag of cookies, yet the process took an unnecessarily long time. When I mentioned that I needed to leave for work, I was told the cookies were unavailable. I then requested a different kind and left the store. I found the overall behavior unprofessional. The employees were joking and laughing instead of focusing on fulfilling orders promptly. Many customers, including myself, stop in before work and rely on efficient service. I hope this feedback encourages better attention to professionalism and customer service at this location.
