    Worst salad I ever had! I went through the drive thru and got a double chicken avocado salad. I didn't see it until I got home or else I would've sent it back for a refund. For $14 I got 3 brown avocado slices on top, old brown lettuce, hard, tough chicken cubes and the worst street corn I've ever tasted. I chose the cilantro dressing and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it and I love spicy. After 5 bites, I just couldn't force myself to eat it. Money wasted. I'll never go back.

    I've eaten at Pollo Loco's all over the country and generally love it. However, when dining at this location, 12 piece, chicken was completely overcooked and terribly dry, I brought this to the manager, not looking for a refund - but merely bring it to her attention She told me that was fresh chicken and there was nothing wrong with it. I mentioned that there certainly was and I would not be eating there again, and she began giving me the whole."Have a blessed day SIR!" in her loud, sarcastic Karen voice. The food here is awful and the management is worse. Stay away.
