The place was hot was very overwhelming felt like 80 degrees or more. The chicken was over done hardley had any pieces no wonder they charge for double meat. We left half our tostadas the amounts of rice was ridiculous. The green hot sauce was delicious thats all, quite suprised food on that side is not that great 2 restaurants thumbs down near this location and now pollo loco. Its awful since we are spending the money should get good food as well. This pollo loco is a no more for me.

Es la primera vez en mi vida que tenemos una mala esperiencia como esta esperemos que en algun momento tengan la oportunidad de tener trabajadores con buena actitud y deceos de trabajar porque esta mesera y este supervisor de la noche no estan capacitado para trabajar con el público que tristesa 😥
