- TRTrusted ReviewJan 4, 20261.0Used to love coming to the location, this time not so great. Drive through was a bad experience, there wasn’t many cars but I was rushed away from the menu. I told the young lady give me just a sec I was trying to see the menu. I felt extremely rushed and didn’t feel any kindness from her and the way she treated me was loud in her demeanor gave impatient and rude. I was trying to order a coffee but she ruined my experience. The manager frustrated me even more when talking to her, I made a complaint about your staff’s poor customer service they did nothing to try and rectify it and she seemed very young and inexperienced on how to manage. To be honest I’m really felt she wasn’t the actual manger on duty maybe a possible shift lead for that shift. She didn’t even know what to do , I left feeling very frustrated and disappointed. This is something that could have EASILY got resolved.

Every recommendation was spot-on — I enjoyed them so much that I came back the next day to try more. She has a positive, welcoming attitude and made the experience memorable with her friendly and professional service. I look forward to stopping by again whenever I’m in Texas.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
