    It's sad I have to give a one star because I actually normally have a decent time when I go compared to other locations. However my coworker and I stopped in last night for a hot chocolate to celebrate the beginning of our vacation after one more night of work and thats where it went wrong. I don't have names but this was at 8:40 pm last night November 20th. One was a chunky black chick, the other a smaller Hispanic chick. We ordered our drinks and the chick working didn't seem to be in that great of a mood but she wasn't rude so we kept having a great time. We were talking and paying and when it came time to leave a tip I didn't get the option. Not sure if she left her own wasn't paying a ton of attention to price but I think I paid only for the coffee. She turned the screen and hit the buttons for me without asking if I wanted to leave a tip or get a receipt. I've been scammed this way before I asked her about leaving a tip, I always leave a small tip and large for great service. She Said in an awkward honestly bit suspicious manor "ohhhh..... um dont worry about you dont have to do that.." then did an awkward giggle and was like "yeah...." and spun around for an escape. We talked about it because the whole interaction was so weird enough to kinda kill our mood and I tried to see if scanning the app gave me a receipt but unfortunately it didn't and again I wasn't offered one so I couldn't check if she put a tip in at my expense. I dont reward theifs so there would clearly be an issue if so. Well I tried to just forget about it and move on waited for my drink. Got my drink and went to my car just to find out it wasn't a hot chocolate. We were the only ones getting drinks made at that point but I was like whatever mistakes happened it's already been a not so great time so I'll take the coffee back and get the hot chocolate. I came back and told the other chick the small Hispanic one and she just looked at me nervous and said yall dont offer the cookie drink anymore thats why. I ordered a hot chocolate made like the holiday cookie without sprinkles. Definitely still have the cookie drink. She often doesn't seem to know the drinks or how to put them in so I just said this is coffee I was supposed to have hot chocolate either way. There's no point in arguing with someone I know doesn't understand. The other chick that I delt with from the beginning walked up and I guess she was in charge since the other nervously told her that I ordered hot chocolate and I said a supposedly got coffee then clarified to her that I said it was coffee not hot chocolate. Nows a good time to mention i drive all night and I'm one of those people that pass out when I drink coffee. So that's a no go or I probably would have just drank it and never came back to the window. The other chick( the black chick) caught an attitude but tried to reel it in. Confirmed my order (that I ordered directly from her) then for some reason we still ended up having a stand off. They stared at me like I was crazy for wanting a hot chocolate the one I ordered from was making faces. I didn't leave and stared back and told them I ordered a hot chocolate I cannot dring coffee and I would like my hot chocolate. Eventually with a huff the one I ordered from was like " ok fine.... we'll do this then" and marched off to make the hot chocolate. The whole time with and additude, glares, and eye roll. I work with customers to I get not wanting to deal with them at time but you got this job, you made the mistake, just fix it. There's no shame in that. The customer that just got out of the rain watched the interaction awkwardly as the lil was was nervously bugging because the other one was having a mini fit. Eventually I got one last eye roll and finally got my hot chocolate. To wrap it up they were looking at me all suspicious and I directly asked them since it was already given to them and they didn't take it. If they wanted to keep it or would they rather I see if who I with wanted it. They just kept looking suspicious and was like we're just gonna dump it.

    I come to this location a lot. But today was a little extra special. I spoke with Summer I asked for a coffee recommendation for my cousin who has been in the hospital with my uncle and has had zero sleep. Summer was super sweet about the whole thing and just her thoughtfulness made a huge impact. I love when people are good humans just because. God bless you Summer ☀️.

    First time customer. Ordered thru app (iced protein add sf caramel & hzlnut) pick up was at 7:02. Arrived at 7:03 there was a line in drive thru so i went to window. 2 customers had ordered but were waiting. I stood there waiting for a worker. No one greeted me til they’d finished previous orders. Time is about 7:08 & my drink is just sitting. I finally get my drink & it’s not correct. I ask about my drizzle, worker looked on screen then said it was mixed in? Why would drizzle be mixed in if it’s supposed to go on cup? I feel she lied instead of being honest or remaking it. Left a tip for nothing. Never again. 7brew would never!

    Recently visited this Dutch Bros and they were super friendly and fast! I’ve been to multiple locations throughout CA and TX but this one especially stood out. Their speed was exceptional, the service was amazing, and drinks were great as always. Wish I lived closer to this location!!

    Always a pleasant experience. I always pull up in my work vehicle with open and welcoming arms!! I've forgotten the guys name, he only remembers mine because of scanning my phone for rewards. I love his conversations and the customer service from the other employees are great as well!! This is my fave location💚💚💚💚💚
