As I was sipping my drink, I noticed a hair “on” it. Initially, I thought the hair was on the outside of the cup, so I attempted to wipe it off. After I parked in my work garage, I realized that the hair was actually inside the drink. I contacted corporate about the issue, and shortly after, I received an email from the manager of the store promising me a gift card for the inconvenience. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive anything!

They gave us our order and I saw one of the sandwiches was wrong. I told the person who made the sandwich and she just kept telling me it was right and then proceeded to show me the manual of how the sandwiches are made with such an attitude I said ma'am I can clearly see this is not the sandwich I ordered, there's a picture of it on the menu in front of my face lol She made the right sandwich after, but she could've just said my bad and remade the sandwich. The attitude was not needed
