I placed my order on the mobile app arrived at 11:10 am was told to pull forward for my food and waited for 25 min with no one coming out so I went back through the drive thru and just asked to be refunded my money .. I was told they can't do refunds on mobile order but they could give me a free donut ... She apologized but I feel like more could've been done

They go in waves of having great employees then horrible employees and we are back to horrible employees. I was asked to move forward to receive my sandwich in 30 seconds and I said no thank you which I was met with cursing and the employee behaving very unprofessional. Then manager came over and apologized saying that was not ok for her to act that way only to ask me to move forward which I replied that it has been more than 30 seconds so could I just get my items and she said no, I had to pull forward or get a refund. That was crazy but then she told me I was trespassing and shut the window with no items after I paid and not receipt. I call the cops after a few moments because I did not feel comfortable going in with these two employees behaving wild. They called police and lied completely-I will be asking the owner to pull surveillance footage. They said this is their requirement for their timer and the owners would back them having police come issue trespassing orders. I have reached out to corporate to report this franchise because there are rules they have to abide by for using the dunkin name and the way they hire individuals without any professionalism much less some couth is beyond bonkers. Looking at the other reviews there is a serious issue.
