Went through the drive-thru today and waited for someone to take my order, only to be met by a rude employee who told me, “You maxed out my timer, you’ll have to go back around if you want to order.” I was completely confused, since this was the very first thing she said to me. I pulls up to the window to ask why I couldn’t place an order, she kept insisting that she had been saying “hello,” even though I never heard anything. She refused to serve me and blamed me for being on the phone with a family member for 3 seconds before they even attempted to speak to me. It was honestly the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll admit that it felt good to give her the middle finger to her face after being so treated rudely. I did report this location to HR and I will be calling the manager shortly.

My sister-in-law was in the drive-through waiting for someone to take her order. While she was waiting she called me to ask if I wanted anything and I overheard an employee yell at her saying that she was on a timer and that she could go back around the drive through because she "could not decide what she wants." My sister-in-law never heard the employee ask her for her order. I am not sure if perhaps the speaker was malfunctioning or the employee's headset was malfunctioning, but either way this is no way to talk to a customer. The first thing she heard was the employee telling her to go back around. My sister-in-law then asked at the window why she was not able to place an order and the employee yelled at her saying that it was because she was too busy talking to me on the phone, dismissed the fact that she never heard her ask for her order, and then repeatedly talked over her saying "you can go around, you can go around, you can go around," after which she shut the window while my sister-in-law was trying to explain that she did not hear her ask for her order.

Easily some of the worst service you'll ever experience. I pick up orders from here occasionally and I've seen multiple customers walk out (2 just now)

Terrible experience. They refused to serve me for NO reason and even called the police on me when I did nothing wrong. There were no cars behind me, yet they demanded I “pull around” and then refunded my order. I left with a Criminal Trespass warning (report #2025-03130166) for absolutely nothing. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. —

Horrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for my order and they didn't say a single word to me at all even when I got there. Whenever I walked out a employee said with a terrible attitude, BYE. not a have a good day or anything just a flat bye all because no one at that store just cant do there jobs! I will never return and wouldn't recommend it. I WILL BE CALLING HR!
