  I typically love Dominoes pizza from this location but tonight's pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. It wasn't even as good as Little Caesars and I'm very surprised.

  The staff is really nice. The price was great. The pizza was awful. Throw it in the trash awful. Maybe they were having a bad day. Domino’s is usually decent, not great, but reliably decent.

  I dont order pizza much, here recently I've order from this domino's, one of which was during an ice Strom. The pizza was sooo good. I ordered again tonight and wow all of it the pizza, the little bread buds, the brownies. All was hot and oh so good! When I saw the negative reviews I needed to say something. I order online and always comes perfect. Delivery was quick both times! Mike came duing the snow storm. We were so grateful. The sweet young lady tonight got here quicklyA Thank you!

  I stopped by this Domino’s recently and had such a great experience that I felt the need to leave a review. Lay, the manager, is absolutely amazing. You can tell right away that she truly cares about her job and the people she serves. We did have a small issue with our pizza, but Lay fixed it immediately without any hesitation. She was calm, kind, and genuinely wanted to make things right. The way she handled it turned the situation into an even better experience. I literally drive past two other Domino’s locations just to come to the SW Green Oaks location because of the service we receive here. It’s that good. I’ve also been to another Domino’s off Cooper in Arlington where Lay previously managed, and it was clear how strong of a leader she is. I saw her motivating her employees and creating a positive environment—her team was excited to work, and that really stood out to me as a customer. She genuinely care about what she does and that is hard to find now days in the food industry! Lay is so professional and consistently delivers outstanding customer service. She is truly a charm!

  Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup, when arrived at the store was told pizzas would be ready in one minute. Stood there like 5 minutes then was told pizzas haven't even been made yet. Looks like no one was really concerned or in the mood to really work that evening, which was New Years eve. Wednesday Dec 31, 2025. Was not offered a I'm sorry for they delay or anything
