Look, if you order Chipotle delivery it will never be the same as when you order inside. Personalizing your burrito or bowl is what is half of the experience. I personally would never order Chipotle not in person. That being said, this location was the cleanest smoothly ran Chipotle I have ever seen. Food was fresh, customer service was great, everything was very clean. 10/10 experience for me.

- White Rice, Pinto Beans, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Fajita Veggies, Soft Flour Tortilla
What happened: When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told that they ran out of sour cream and their manager has been out for the past 20 min. I asked, “what are you guys going to do instead?” The guy talking to me stepped aside for 10 seconds to look around for an alternative and later came back to reiterate that they’re out of sour cream. However, a few seconds passed and he asked if I was ok with a drink instead. I agreed.
Moments later, we opened our food and found a hair in the messy tacos. I immediately returned back to explain what I found. The same guy approached me and asked if I needed some help. I told him that I found hair in the food and he offered to remake it. I declined and asked for a refund. He provided it. I asked if they needed the food back and he told me to keep it. I threw the food away and left afterwards.
I will provide pictures as proof.
It’s a huge shame since they just opened and our previous experience (03/02/26) was very pleasant. After this experience, I will not be returning.

No drive through, must pre order via app- needs a sign.
Room for improvement: it was busy
- 35min turnaround time
- meat restock was sitting out- not in warmers
- foot was luke cold not even warm or mild warm, most definitely NOT hot [ tacos and bowl ]
- forgot to provide queso for second chip
- a little chaotic behind counter, needs a clear manager to cordinate staff and direct ( seemed to be missing )

I drove up to the drive-through window with other cars behind me. An employee came to the window, saw me, and then walked away. After sitting there for about five minutes with cars lined up behind me, I went inside.
I asked whether the drive-through was open and was told by one employee, “Not yet.” I advised them that they should put up a sign so customers are not left waiting in the drive-through. I mentioned this to three employees, none of whom seemed to care. Another employee stated that it was for pickup orders only; however, if that is the case, I was still ignored by the employee who came to the window.
This will be my first — and last — visit for a long time.
Not a very good start.

Great addition to the area- patio is nice!
My only complaint is that all of the tables were dirty- they all had rice and stuff all over them. In the time we had been here not one person has been on the floor to clean or tidy up.
I’m not sure why companies can just have disposable wipes for guest to use to wipe down tables.
