It’s the one thing I pay extra for and each time I do I’m given half a spoon like it’s coming out of every employee’s personal paycheck. At this point I just don’t order it and I don’t ask for extra because they either charge me twice or look at me funny for calling them out.

I have a " love/hate" relationship with this company. I DO NOT and CANNOT eat hot/spicy food. When they started out there was a definite difference between hot and mild but not anymore. You can't even trust it from day to day. Whoever is cooking takes Great liberty with seasonings. Consistency DOES NOT exist with this company. Will remove them (once again) from lunch/dinner options.. this time there's NO going back..
