  Older lady in Spanish was talking about me, when she was getting my bowl and scooped less meat. Do not recommend this place and Older Lady needs to be trained on customer service and scooping meat.

  3/9/26 Just walked in to pick up an order and the manager here treated me like the most important person in the world! He literally told his colleague that, "Hey, we need to have this ready in four minutes". (This was the stated pickup time on the ticket) I told the manager; "thank you" and then I asked him how long he's been here and he said, "two weeks". He was recently transferred to this Chipotle location. Given some of the questionable reviews; I'm fairly confident things are on the rise, with this Chipotle location!🙂 Much success to you and your staff And thanks again, sir!

  Went there Around 7:30 - 7:45 PM CST. They were out of steak, chicken, and lettuce. Told to wait 10 minutes for steak. After getting food there were no napkins, no forks, the counter was an absolute mess. Get home to eat and the steak had mostly fat and didnt seem to be cooked all the way through.

  Holy moly!! That was the worst food and service. Disgusting and unhygienic. Will never return. Disturbing. The management, if there is any, needs to be aware of this situation and the staff needs to be trained about cross contamination and hygiene. I hope the food inspectors visit soon before someone gets sick. Edited to not that we have reported this using the link provided in the auto-response from Chipotle. This is a very serious problem.
