They were patient considering that I didn’t particularly know what I wanted to order up front. The line was long but the service was lightning fast. I was in and out. The restaurant smell is fresh with veggies and spices.

I have been to Cava all around Dallas but this Arlington location is by far the worst. This location is always out of something so I don't get the full effect of what I want. In the past month I have been to Cave 7 to 10 times, that's how much I enjoy your menu. At this location, on my last 3 visits I have been told I am not able to get extra olives. I was told no I cannot have extra olives. I have never been told that before in any restaurant so I was in total shock. But I get it at the other Cava locations that I visit. AND there is only one person who has told me I can't have extra olives. On the third time that I have been told this, I decided to ask another store representative and he immediately gave them to me. I don't know if its my race or what but this is really disheartening because Cava has an amazing combination of food so I don't want to not go here. Can I please understand why she won't give me additional olives, I have money, good money. I don't want them given to me, I will pay

As expensive as the food is cava gotta do better on customer service. Reputation is everything. The chef with tats is super respectful and cool.

I could have paid extra but she did not even give me an option. The employee that rang me up was very polite and apologized for her. I have always asked for arugula and have never had an issue. I have been a customer from the beginning but this was a terrible experience.
- ERE RDec 23, 20252.0Pro tip: Check your online orders. Visited at 1pm on a Tuesday. Maybe it was a bad time to order but a bit disappointed with the experience. Ordered via app and when I arrived to pick up had lots of mistakes on the order. Missing many sides and drinks. Even went back to correct some of the mistakes but didn't catch everything by the time I made it home and realized. Food was great tasting but when paying a extra for additional sides can't help but be disappointed with Cava experience. I've had better orders in the past. Don't forget to check your online orders!
