The cook was apparently having a meeting with the manager. Managers sees multiple customers walking-in and never got up to help staff. The cook was no longer making protein! Were complete of most meats. What happens if someone can’t eat chicken or meat period and vegetables not be an option. One worker in the middle of helping myself and another customer and she was pulled to do something else and instructed to do right away has if she was not helping customers. Maybe you all should look into your management at this location THEY ARENT DOING TO GOOD OF A JOB. Portion size is ridiculous for the amount of money that we have to pay and then be told the cook is not longer cooking or making something and you all do not close until 11 pm! It was 7:25-7:30

The food here is always fresh and delicious. Everything on the bar was full, hot, and prepared well. The spinach was super fresh and overflowing, and the options were great. The customer service is fast, friendly, and they’re very accommodating with requests. The whole place is clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite Cava locations.

I did an online order 20 minutes prior to driving to this location on my lunch break. I had to tell 3 separate employees about my order and it took an additional 20 minutes just to be given my order. The manager was the 2nd person i told about my pick up order and rather than him handing the order to me directly he told me another associate would be giving it to me. The cashier was the 3rd person i told about my order after having a staring contest the whole 20 minutes ive been waiting. I have gone to other locations with the most superior service and better proportions!!! They are very skimpy when they give you the food. I ordered a grains bowl and barely got any rice at all nor any of the chicken. I’d rather have to drive 30 minutes to any other location than even bother go here again.

I walked in to two girls standing on the side talking then clocked out. They had only one worker and he was cleaning the floors while three people were waiting for pick up and three at order. I ordered ahead of time 30 minutes prior to the pick up time and waited that and 20 minutes once I got there to get my food. Once I got my food it was cold and was made incorrectly I didn’t even trust to eat it. I want to reach out to someone but I don’t know if there is a manager or not at this point. This is absolutely disgusting plus their fountain machine is down and there’s no beverages and the receipt printer was down. Please fix the employees and find people who want to work.

1st I walked in. No “Hello” just a blank stare and a dry “what can I get for you?” I ordered the spicy lamb avocado bowl. I initially asked for a small drink 3.15 but then I seen large is 30 cents more. I asked to upgrade. The woman at register rolled her eyes and said she was going to have to refund etc like it was such an issue after paying over 20$ for a bowl. Apparently I was un able to pay 30 cents for a bigger cup. Remind you the drinks are self serve.
To make matters even worse I get home and not only was the lamb super dry almost inedible in the peak of the day at 3:15 but I was only given 2 dry pieces of lamb. That along with their nasty attitudes. This is not the 1st time I’ve encountered rude employees at this location. There’s so many other options left and right of this place where $20+ will be appreciated. I won’t be back!
