The bowl was filled with a colorful array of fresh ingredients. There's a base of spinach, topped with a mix of chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, and grilled chicken. The vegetables and chicken have a nice sear. The bowl is drizzled with a creamy balsamic dressing. It was refreshing and packed with flavor. The line was long but it was worth the wait. The restaurant was clean and everything you needed was in clear sight.

The staff always seems positive and upbeat, but there's definitely some hygiene practices that need to be drilled into their daily work habits.
On today's visit I saw one of the staff outside talking with someone wearing the plastic gloves that are typically worn for food prep. He was going back inside the same time as I was going inside to order and I saw that he went straight to the food bar and was going to help with an order but was called over to the register instead(still using the same gloves). If it weren't for that he would have went directly to preparing someone's food with gloves that had just been worn outside leaning on the table.
I never understood why people who are preparing food are checking folks out with dirty money and credit cards and then going back to the food with those same gloves on anyways.
I pulled him aside and told him he should change his gloves and he did so without an issue, and was very good natured about it but how often does this happen without people thinking about it?
As I was waiting in line,on this same visit, a different staff person was restocking the vegetables and literally opened a bag of lettuce with his teeth. He turned around to spit the little piece of plastic onto the floor and continue stocking the vegetables.
I'm not trying to come down on Cava. I am starting to see habits like this in a lot of fast food places. Lack of self-awareness especially when it comes to preparing food for other people seems to be at an all-time low.
Cava, your food is delicious! But I can't see myself coming back if you guys aren't keeping up with basic food handling practices.

I had placed an online order through the app and got my food from the pick up area and a girl gave me my food and didn’t bother to check if I had everything. I got home after driving 15-20 minutes and realized that I didn’t get my sour cream and onion chips before I was going to start eating. I tried calling the store to report this but they didn’t answer. Food is great but it sucked that I wasted money on something I never got.

Never again in this location. Is packed and they don’t even do the orders right. I had a mobile order. My bowl was missing the chicken, I said sauce in the side and they add it in the bowl, I add to my order the free Pita and was not in my bag Everything was messed up. I have to wait longer and I was not able to go back because I had to go back to work. Disappointed.

I dine here yesterday and the customer service was at a high time low especially, the cashier!! Even, customers that came outside said the vibe was off!! The guy who came off the grill to help serve you were amazing and I'll give you a 10+ your team members were lacking so, overall the experience was not great and most likely I won't come back at this location. I hope everyone is having a better day today!! 💛
