  This has been the worst racist experience in a restaurant in a long time. From the waiter lying and leaving the table and not returning; to the manager doing the same. Then we had to wait over 20 mins for them to assign another waiter from a different area who was more suitable to serve three white and one black person! This was absolutely terrible customer service and professionalism! This one experience has made me never want to step foot in any of their establishments ever again!!!!

  People of Arlington Texas, I would avoid coming to this Restaurant at all costs. My credit card was fraudulently charged over $80 and they did absolutely nothing to help me. The Manager Chris told an employee that he was too busy on a Tuesday Morning at 11 AM to even speak with me. Clearly they do not care about their customers and Felony fraud is not important enough to respond to. I can only imagine what the service and food are like at this Restaurant.

  At 1:30 am today just literally three minutes ago I try to place an order for to go. I don’t want a dining in and they told me the dine in is available but takeaway is not. I’m not sure if this is a smart strategy or a stupid one. It should be the opposite dining is not available and takeaway is available because you know they shutting down they want to clean up but takeaway is not available and dining is available is very stupid from this big company Never coming back

  ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Ordered online at 11:01pm. We were about to pull into the parking lot, just left walmart. Ordered 2 kids meals:burger and tenders both with side salads. Immediately when I placed the order, it said pick up at 11:40pm. I called and its a recording while it's ringing but I can hear them answer but place it on hold. So i walked inside and was like I just ordered online but I need to cancel because I cant wait that long for the order. She gave some reason/excuse for why it says longer but assured me it should only take 10-15 min. Okay thats sounds about right because there are only THREE tables with people sat so I go wait in my truck. 15 min go by, I go inside to check she's said everything is ready except the kids burger it'll be just 5 minutes. I go wait. Come back 5 min later. I hear her in the kitchen say Guys, wheres the other side salad! She comes out and tells me another few minutes on the salad.. then she comes out with 2 bags and hands one to one guy that came in after me and I thought surely this other bag was mine so I reach for it and she laughs, almost uncontrollably while apologizing saying this one isn't yours either and handed to other guy... I got handed my food at 11:36pm! And they forgot my drink so when I went back to get it there was no one there so I grabbed it out of the fridge myself. Like if 40 minutes was the wait time that's fine I just have kids so I'll have to go somewhere else. Don't tell me 10-15 and string me along for the whole 40 minutes!!

  I am stuck at work w/o my car Ive had issueS with the wing stop on Collins other times but it's been a while. I just ordered the buffalo lemon pepper and they put SOOO much lemon pepper it absorbed the sauce. It w as inedible. The last time the wings were so old and refried I could barely bite through it. Lesson learned most definitely my last time.We'll make sure the entire unit doesn't deal with this buffalo wild wings.
