I called the store to make sure they got my order was given the run around about how I needed to pay for them when I got to the store then they would make them. I went to the store to show them that I had already paid for them and I needed to pick them up on the third day and they said ok that was fine and they would leave a note on my receipt that I will pick them up later. I went to pick them up on the third day and they had not been made and they apologized and said there was not a manager there to give me a refund if I could come in tomorrow they could give me a refund then. They did offer me a free donut but I was so upset because my wife's birthday is the next day that I didn't even want the donut I just wanted the cakes I ordered and paid for in advance. Also should be noted that when I went to order the cakes over the phone the person on the phone told me it would be 80 bucks but when I ordered them online two cakes with two sets of birthday candles and tax was only 50 bucks? So I don't know what the deal is at this store but I would avoid them at all cost. I will not be doing business with any Baskin Robbins this first time experience has ruined the company for me. *Update* *12/3/24*- Never received a refund. If I could leave no star I would.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
