See that link they use to reply to all the comments to avoid fixing this store. The link takes you to a review page that asks for not just where you live, but the specifics such as apartment number as well, as *required* information. Then if you submit a report instead of any other request such as compliments. The submission fails.

We sat behind one singular car at the window for over 20 minutes, just for them to still not have our food ready for another almost 10 minutes when we got to the window.

UPDATE: In response to my complaint, you would like me to fill out a form online stating the exact same thing? No thanks. Your generic response to every bad review says it all. You don’t care.
On 12/09 at 7pm I went to this location to order food inside. I walked in, the guy behind the counter looked at me and went to the back. The other guy that was in the kitchen area followed him. I waited a couple of minutes and one of the guys popped his head out and said “yeah, they are still there”. Your workers are the reason there so many complaints.
