The link takes you to a review page that asks for not just where you live, but the specifics such as apartment number as well, as *required* information. Then if you submit a report instead of any other request such as compliments. The submission fails.

Your generic response to every bad review says it all. You don’t care. On 12/09 at 7pm I went to this location to order food inside. I walked in, the guy behind the counter looked at me and went to the back. The other guy that was in the kitchen area followed him. I waited a couple of minutes and one of the guys popped his head out and said “yeah, they are still there”. Your workers are the reason there so many complaints.
