The drive thru experience was excellent. Even with it only being one worker the food was hot & ready ON TIME. give that man a raise he does an phenomenal job & I would recommend this location to all my friends & family π«‘π₯
I forgot to catch his name but he has long hair & a ponytail beard πͺπΎπ€β¨οΈ cool as ice water π

Pulled into drive thru and immediately heard. Our system is down i cant take your order. I asked does this mean your not serving food? Our system is down i cant take orders. Can you cook food? Again our system is down.

Ordered a double roast beef sandwich and large potato cakes on my app. My app told me the food was ready after a while so I drove to go pick it up. Went to the drive-thru they told me to pull up. When I told him I had a mobile order get to the window. Had to wait at least 5 minutes before somebody walked up to the window and they asked me what I wanted. I told him that they told me to pull up. I had a mobile order, said okay and took another five 5-6 minutes for guy with the headset to come to the window finally and he asked me what I want. I told him then he said he had to make the potato cakes. Waited another 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru before they gave you my food. I left got home and was taking the food out of my bag and I got to Junior roast beef sandwich I guess is what they give me whenever they were putting it in the bag. The guy with the headset as the other guy making the food. If that was the right sandwich. She said yeah that was it. They acted like they didn't want to be there working. They should get another job if they don't like it and I figured when you ordered something and pay for it they would give you what you ordered. Not a smaller sandwich. I emailed the Arby's complaint line and never got no answer. So I guess Arby's I don't care about their customers. That sandwich actually fit in the palm of my hand. Couldn't believe it. Don't waste your time and hard earned money At this restaurant find a different Arby's. Never heard a thing from the email I sent to the main Arby's company or the owner of this one on why this restaurant is not up to standards like other Arby's restaurants are.
