  the people here have the worst of attitudes you could imagine. Don’t bother asking anyone a question and if by any means you’re actually forced to shop here, get in and get out fast or be targeted by employees who will follow you around and pop their gum repeatedly in your ear. Don’t trust the bot reviews.

  Not all Albertsons locations are the same, and this one truly stands out. The employees here consistently go above and beyond, and because of that, I am honestly not tempted to shop anywhere else. Michael in grocery pickup provides beyond excellent service. He is quick, efficient, and clearly determined to get your groceries to you as smoothly and promptly as possible. His professionalism and positive attitude make the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thien and the pharmacy team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure the best pricing and quality, and you can genuinely tell they care about their customers. I am incredibly grateful for how much money Thien has helped me save while still providing outstanding service and taking the time to search the best prices. This location sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.

  Extremely rude cashier. I don’t usually shop at Albertsons but was picking up some things for a neighbor who prefers Albertsons and our family of 7 was also out of a lot of items we use daily in our home. After being locked in the house for 5 days, we needed groceries. I had a cart full of things. The cashier DEREK as soon as I started loading my items onto the belt mumbled under his breath “gah some people” talking to the person bagging the groceries. I brushed it off because I know I had a lot of items. How ever, I spent $467 at this store today. That goes towards his paycheck. He is there to work and do the job he signed up to do regardless of if I had 5 items or 100 items he is being paid to do said job. He continued to make rude comments under his breath the entire time he was swiping my groceries. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager as soon as I left. I didn’t get the managers name but the only resolution I got was “I’ll speak to him” didn’t seem to care one bit. I will not be back.

  I came to buy crab legs Friday afternoon. While walking up to the raw meats and seafood, I saw a worker cough into her hands. When I asked for the crab legs, she grabbed multiple of them with no gloves on and without washing her hands. I decided to say never mind and ask for chicken thighs. She put the legs back and put some gloves on to grab the thighs. But she dropped one of them and then tried to put it in with the rest of the ones I was buying. I told her to just forget about it. It was completely disgusting and I’m pretty sure she put the thighs back in the case. I just left, I didn’t buy anything I needed for dinner. She’s an older lady with gray hair. Whoever she is needs to be reprimanded or fired immediately. Such blatant health code violations, just absolutely nasty. I will never come back to this location again.
