  This has to be the worst donut franchise in the united states. Hashbrown taste like they just re drop them in oil or just put them in microwave, donuts are NEVER fresh taste like they just leave them out over night at then re serve them the next day, and the drinks are WAY too sweet. I don't see how this place is still in business.

  Got to say. I'm impressed. Walked in with no one in front of me. Ordered my food. 2 families came in after me and ordered. Waited 10 minutes. The two families behind me got their food first. Family of 5 and another 3. The orders were incorrect. Employees tried again with them and gave them the incorrect food. Again. Guess 3rd times a charm. When i told them they skipped my food, they were annoyed and quite rude about it. 7 minutes later I get my sandwich and guess what, it was the wrong one. Immediately asked for a refund. No one cared. No one apologized. No one wanted to be there. In fact, when I asked them where my food was they were annoyed. Not something I perceived, actually rude and short with me to the point that the other customers were jumping in on my side. Sitting in my car to write this review.... and they come out to check if I got my order through the drive through.... AI robots can't get here soon enough. Like I said, impressive. This is pretty much par for the course at every location around me.

  I'm a big fan of Dunkin’, and while I know the service isn't always perfect, I'm okay with that. However, this location is an exception, and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First, all of the employees refused to attend to anyone or use the register; instead, they made every customer ring up their own order at the kiosk. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if there weren't customers who couldn't even pay with cash because these employees just didn't want to deal with it. It’s so ridiculous that during the hour I was there, I saw this location lose two potential customers. The main problem for me was that I ordered three hash browns but was only given one. When I asked for the other hash browns, the employee—a Hispanic woman with short brown hair—said I hadn’t ordered any other hash browns and refused to give me my receipt, so I ended up paying extra for something I never received. On top of that, the food was terrible. I don't expect Michelin-star quality from Dunkin’, but the taste was awful—a weird mix of mothballs and cigarettes. Overall, it was a terrible experience. It’s a shame that the restaurant is losing business because a group of grown women can't control their attitudes or do their jobs, at least minimally. I wouldn’t want anyone to lose their job, but honestly, this location needs a complete overhaul of its staff if they want to stop losing disappointed customers like me and many others, as reflected in these reviews.

  this location has really bad customer service and drinks. i’m not sure what’s been happening, the last couple times i’ve been here has been ridiculous. Matcha doesn’t even look like matcha. Coffee is disgusting.
