  Me and my family love dominoes let star there . I have been a customer over decades no complaints on the food but the customer service has been on and of I was at 1838 South Cooper St., Arlington, TX the girl was rude it was at 11:30 Pm she wear no gloves she touched her face, her phone, and at the same time making a pizza so disgusting and not willing to help me so I was there to pick up whoever works with her A white guy end up helping my customers service not great

  You guys can definitely have a law suit on your hands if my kids throat closes up because you could read directions and pay attention to what you are doing then held me on the phone for 15 mins when this could’ve been completely fixable. I’m sure if you were allergic to something and never added to your order you’d be completely upset!!! Edited:: they never took me of hold to resolve the problem at all and it’s just lack of communication and humanity to deal with a mistake they made in their end

  Quick, delicious, the staff was very courteous, and hardly any wait time. Place was clean and employees were not disheveled. Will return.

  This place is horrible, we’ve order pizza from here a few times and the first couple were pretty good. But then we got two pizzas that were undercooked, didn’t eat the pizza but didn’t make it a big issue. Then after a few months we thought we would try it again. Well they delivered the pizza and left it out on the porch in the cold without letting us know, they didn’t ring the door bell or knock, didn’t text or call. By the time we realized that the pizza was outside it was cold and hard. I was upset because we didn’t pay for cold pizza. I called the location and asked to speak to a manager, she told me it was our fault for not putting in the notes that we would like to be notified that our pizza was here. She told me I was supposed to let them know that I would like to know when the pizza shows up. After going back and forth she offered to remake the pizzas for us and I said that would be nice. I then started to apologize for the tone I had on the phone and she hung up on me. We got our pizzas minutes later, then maybe 20 minutes after it had been delivered we started getting phone calls from this dominos, 3 phone calls back to back, along with other phone numbers randomly calling all of a sudden. When I tried calling back two of the numbers were fake and nobody answered. With all of this going on I believe the the employees started calling our phone as some sort of prank but it’s actually harassment. We have a new baby who we just bought home and and this has made us feel unsafe. I will be calling corporate and having them get the recording of our phone call and have them take care of this. But for anyone who maybe reading this please know that the people they have working at this location have a lot of time on there hands and not much of a life, and they feel like harassing anyone who may order from us a fun way to spend there night.
