    Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Domino’s (Store #6907). I ordered two pizzas—something I’ve ordered MANY times before—and when I got home, one of them was completely burnt and hard as a rock. It was not edible. I called the store immediately and was left on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever came back to the line. I had to hang up and call again. When I finally spoke to the “manager” (Johnnie), things got even worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, he completely dismissed me and blamed me for the burnt pizza, saying it was because I didn’t order extra cheese and extra sauce. That makes absolutely no sense, and I’ve NEVER had this issue ordering the same pizza at other locations. He then argued with me, told me this was the “first time” I ordered it (which isn’t even relevant), and refused to take any accountability. When I asked to escalate the issue or file a complaint, he said there was “nowhere to complain because it’s a franchise”—which is completely unprofessional and misleading. The only solution he offered was to remake the pizza “their way” (adding things I didn’t even ask for). When I asked for corporate’s number, he was clearly reluctant, told me nothing would change even if I called back another day, and then hung up on me. So not only did I receive burnt, inedible food—I was treated with zero respect and no attempt to make it right. This location seriously needs better management. If this is how customers are treated, I will not be returning.

    Aside from the shady neighborhood it was okay. I just wouldnt visit at night.

    Pizza was cold and hard upon delivery. And my sandwich was no meat all bread and burned. 👎

    Received wrong pizza tried calling multiple times no answer and there phones are down so I had to driver up here to the store for a refund manager said they couldn't process the refund till tomorrow blatantly tried to tell me there phones were working yet why would I drive all the way up there if the phones were working manager refused to refund my whole order even tho its cold now because I had to drive up there asked me if I wanted remakes like yea I wanna wait another 20 mins for food Update: they refunded my order the manager was very understanding once they realized the phones were in fact down and completely understanding of my situation and frustration I appreciate the quickly and timely response I also appreciate the professionalism the manager showed while dealing with me.
