  If leaving no stars was an option, I would. First thing, it’s completely understandable about the age. But the way that one skinny white girl worker at the front went up to us about it was completely ridiculous. She came up to us with immediate annoyance which was clear as day. She asked for our ID and the way she attended us was in a rude manner. It’s ridiculous, we only had two minors, the rest of us were adults. The other worker had came up to us to tell us we are clear to play games but then the white girl worker went up to her co worker immediately whenever he was on his way back and whenever she was done checking our IDS she told the guy what I’m assuming another negative thing to get us to not play. The guy was nice and affirmative credits to him. We just didn’t like the white girl worker. We felt completely uncomfortable being there and she was such a buzzkill with that nasty attitude. So we left immediately, we didn’t feel like being there anymore. So it was a bad experience from the start. If you’re gonna have a nasty bad attitude at a low pay job , leave.

  We were there on 4/10/26 at 7:30, we walked in and I saw this little lady there greeting people as they come in, I said “oh I didn’t know they hired kids here” she busted out laughing along with the guy she was working with. When we left I saw her standing there dancing a A little with the music, I stood next to her and started dancing with her, the guy working with her looked over and busted out laughing falling on the floor, the GM was loving the laughter I brought to the staff, so did I….it was fantastic. This was at the Arlington,Texas location.

  Came here with my sister, son, & nephew. David was our server and he was GREAT! Great customer service, friendly, & welcoming. Our boys wanted to play (of course) but we had dinner before. David accommodated us by allowing us to keep our leftovers behind a nearby podium where it would not be bothered. He was also very patient & informative in regard's to the eat & play deal. He was also very familiar with the menu & offered some really good recommendations. He definitely contributed to the likeliness of us returning to this location in the future!

  Hosted a team event here and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. Our food came out 30 minutes late and was incorrect, service with Manny was slow with little communication, and we ran into billing issues where gratuity wasn’t clearly communicated—leading to our group being overcharged. I also ended up paying $90 more than the agreed contract amount out of pocket. Amy the manager was not apologetic and she disappeared after which added to the frustration. We were also left waiting to be moved to the darts area with no direction until another server stepped in to help, but did not communicate prices correctly. One manager, maybe Jake, was helpful and acknowledged the issues, but overall the event felt disorganized. Our 2 hour event was 4 hours due to the waiting and miscommunication. We made the best of the situation, but for a planned event, I expected a much smoother and more coordinated experience. I am still waiting on a resolution for the overcharge.There’s definitely room for improvement in communication and execution.

  If you’re planning to go as a group , I would not opt into this location. Pre-booking an event did not go well for our group. 1) the food arrived incorrect and late. 2)since we booked a party we were suppose to have been at the dart area the entire time . . And we were not. 3)the price was also done incorrectly , With paying a deposit and not not being applied . . 4) we ordered Jell-O shots , and were told they were $3 , check out came and they were $4 . . And it’s not the price it was the principle that the serve learned of the increase after she had just offered it to us for $3 and didn’t let us know. The manager who genuinely tried to reconcile the situation was the only good part of the experience besides the fact we all got to laugh and get to know each other . . He is the only reason they even received a second star.
