  The good food was served up nice and quick. The employees helped me install and use the Chipotle App on my phone. Got an immediate free guacamole. They were really trying to get off to a good start. Nice clean new restaurant.

  Love that had a drive through, service was great, but the steak was incredibly dry. I will not come back. Sticking to the one by UTA or south cooper past I20.

  I was only the third person in line but due to their shortages of prepped ingredients I was standing in line for around 20 minutes. Since I came at the end of the late lunch period I can forgive this although more preparation would be nice. Also, the heavyset white woman working the window was NOT nice to the other employees who are all clearly younger. I’m not sure if she is the manager or anything but she needs to change her attitude ASAP. I’m sure it’s a frustrating day but she has no business taking it out on her younger coworkers

  Got a bowl with barbacoa. The meat was great but it was a high protein low cal bowl which means it doesn't come with rice or beans and one would assume there would be a good amount of lettuce, especially since my meal was $16 something. Tell me why there was like 5 pieces of lettuce and the whole meal was so watery. I was so disappointed. I looked forward to having a semi healthy option close by but this my second time here and both times disappointed.

  I was excited that this location was close to home..bur I rather drive all the way to northeast mall location cause they aren't stingy with portions. The skinny short white dude that be serving literally is so stingy with portions. My burrito looked like taco bell soft taco, and I think the soft taco is even bigger than that. Train them properly on how to serve and ROLL A BURRITO. THATS WHY THEY PUT SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT TO NOT STRUGGLE WITH ROLLING IT. and don't even get me started on the bowl portions. Frozen meal from Walmart has more portion than a bowl from this chipotle location. Rather eat air than eat that amount of food. Shut it down and put a Qdoba instead.
