  My food is always great, lately the customer service has improved drastically. The new manager is so kind, the atmosphere is calmer, cleaner, and more welcoming. I Work in the strip so here way to often, and will continue coming in. Liking the new crew! Great job y’all!!! 👍🏻😃

  I ordered 3 bowls through the app and all 3 were missing half the order. I asked for extra rice and cheese on one a it didn't even look like rice or cheese was added.

  Older lady in Spanish was talking about me, when she was getting my bowl and scooped less meat. Do not recommend this place and Older Lady needs to be trained on customer service and scooping meat.

  3/9/26 Just walked in to pick up an order and the manager here treated me like the most important person in the world! He literally told his colleague that, "Hey, we need to have this ready in four minutes". (This was the stated pickup time on the ticket) I told the manager; "thank you" and then I asked him how long he's been here and he said, "two weeks". He was recently transferred to this Chipotle location. Given some of the questionable reviews; I'm fairly confident things are on the rise, with this Chipotle location!🙂 Much success to you and your staff And thanks again, sir!
