Just wanted to take a small moment before heading to work to recognize this particular location for it’s warm and exceptional customer service. I think I met with the manager (Deena, as it says on her sweater) - she came over from table to table asking everyone how they were doing and making sure customers were satisfied with their visit. I requested for a cup of water and she personally delivered it for me rather than ask another staff to do it as some other places would do. Thank you, Deena, for opening my day to a great start!
