  Cava in Arlington has great customer service as well as great food. I eat three every time I am on that side of town. I wish there was one closer to me. Eddie is there a lot when I go, he always has good energy and answers all my questions pertaining to the different selection. I really appreciate that, because some places they seem like they don’t have time to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend to all .

  Went to CAVA for a quick and healthy bite. Atmosphere was nice and environment was clean. Staff were welcoming and greeted me upon arrival. Eddie, one of the staff, was very helpful. Despite being out of harissa dressing, he recommended alternatives that would pair well with the meal. Overall, would recommend this location to others.

  They have great food bad accommodations i had ask so see if my can move up or if cancel to reorder in person but they said yes it can be move up but they didn't not had me waiting there whole time when ask again it said it was coming out but they lie.

  I eat here alot and enjoy the food. I’m not sure if this portion is correct but I think it’s ridiculous to pay $5 and $4 for this amount of feta dip and hummus. I remember recieving a much larger portion in the past. I’m not sure if they dialed back their sauce portion or someone isn’t accurately filling the cups but it feels like a rip off.

  The food at CAVA is amazing as are all the locations but the staff and making it seem as if they do not work. The location stops cooking an hour and a half prior to closing and instead of making more will make all the items as out of stock. This is the one location I know that does this and I have visited others prior to closing and it’s not the case. It’s disheartening as this is the closest location to me and most convenient but often the one that upsets me most. If service was better my rating definitely wouldn’t be as low as it is.
