  5 people standing around talking to each other, one person making the food. Quality or order check? Zero. After the first couple of times of having missing items, we learned to stop and count everything. They almost always leave something out. It’s like it’s part of their operational handbook. But even if you count all the items and the types of things in the bag, what’s inside the individual items varies drastically. Wrong meats. No vegetables in the supreme foods. Weird quantities. A burrito supreme and a bean burrito looked EXACTLY the same, and one is supposed to have lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and meat. We think we found the 4 pieces of steak in the supreme. Maybe? I always say crew reflects management, so the management here SUCKS. No attention to detail or quality. It explains why the places down the road are packed and there was one car at 7pm on a Tuesday, being a sucker and trying one more time. Corporate would be embarrassed if they visited this location and secret shopped them. It’s a blemish on the brand.

  No one takes your order anymore, you must use an on screen menu now. Item descriptions were so small I wasn't sure what I was ordering. Inevitably ordered the wrong items but it was ok all the same. Just really disappointed with the lack of customer service. Good price for what I actually ordered.

  Portion has been reduced a lot especially at this location for all of the food we ordered, compared to other locations nearby. Even the potatoes which was ordered and paid for extra was not even added and the portion was way too low for regular size. It has been a constant issue at this location. Its high time the management should consider doing something about this.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken combo through DoorDash, but the restaurant included a beef item in my order—even though I clearly do not eat beef. This is not just a small mistake; it’s a serious issue when it comes to dietary restrictions. The receipt itself shows confusion (beef taco with modifications), and the order did not match what I paid for. This made part of my meal unusable. I had to contact support immediately, which is frustrating when you're hungry and expecting the correct food. Please double-check orders before sending them out—this kind of mistake is unacceptable.

  Long wait times and the fact that the staff just hand you food without saying anything diminishes the experience. Although the food is great, they get it wrong a lot of the time. For example, just today I ordered a cheese quesadilla and nacho fries. It’s lent, can’t have meat today. When I go to eat my quesadilla, I take a bite and find out that there’s chicken in the cheese quesadilla, how do you add an ingredient? Anyways, nothing much else to complain about, just that I’d expect a cheese quesadilla that comes with only cheese.
