From the moment we stepped inside, Alfonso greeted us with a warm smile and promptly guided us to a booth that was perfect for our family—spacious enough for the kids to move around while still feeling cozy. He took the time to ask about our day, showing a sincere interest that went beyond the usual courteous exchange. Ashten, meanwhile, was constantly on the move, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. He checked on our table frequently, refilling drinks without being asked and offering extra sauces and napkins just in case the little ones made a mess. When the kids started to get restless, Ashten knelt down to their eye level, engaged them in a quick, friendly chat about their favorite Chick‑fil‑A nuggets, and even brought out a small coloring sheet to keep them entertained while we waited for our order. What stood out most was how both team members anticipated our needs before we had to voice them. Alfonso noticed that my younger child was struggling to open the sauce packet and quietly assisted, while Ashten made sure the high‑chair was securely in place and that the floor around our booth stayed clean despite the inevitable crumbs. Their teamwork was seamless—Alfonso handled the front‑of‑house hospitality, and Ashten kept the dining area orderly and welcoming—yet they both consistently crossed over to support each other whenever the situation called for it. Leaving the restaurant, I felt grateful not just for the delicious meal but for the genuine care that Alfonso and Ashten extended to my family. Their service exemplified what hospitality should be: attentive, kind, and consistently thoughtful. It’s rare to encounter employees who go the extra mile with such natural grace, and they left a lasting impression that will certainly bring us back to this Chick‑fil‑A location time and again.

  Alfonso and Ashton and Houston were incredible. Houston was very attentive in taking our order. Alfonso was training Ashton, But what was so awesome was Alfonso’s passion to teach Ashton. They were in dinning room and they went above and beyond by simply being personal, going the second mile. Grateful for young servant hearts. Keep up the great work and let your light shine!

  T-Ronn is the best! Every time I see him he’s working hard to make sure everyone is taken care of and the space is clean and welcoming. I have had only excellent experiences at this location. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The food is good. The play-place is clean. This is where I come for a good time for my kids and a break for me.
