  Sunday | 19 April 2026 | Between 4:35 and 4:55 PM As soon as I walked through the door, there were about four employees staring at me like I was a foreign object. No one provided a welcome even though I mustard a hello through the awkwardness, but a group of them were talking amongst each other. The girl standing at the cash register, who I had to assume would take my order, was not friendly either. I apologized for taking a moment to look at the menu because I don’t normally eat at Wingstop, so I’m not familiar with the items and specials offered. That could’ve been her opportunity to make help me choose something off the menu and make a sale. It’s zero engagement with the customers at this location and they are rude. I asked if there was a restroom, and this location does not have one available. I’m pregnant with a full bladder, now pondering if I should just go to the restaurant next door to order food and use their restroom instead since I already felt like I was receiving poor customer service. As I was about to pay for my food, this Hispanic guy walks in, and the other workers who were previously at the store front when I entered the store greeted him. I stated to the girl at the cash register that I was not greeted the same way when I walked in, and on top of that, there was now restroom available. So I asked her to cancel the transaction and left. I thought this was out of ignorance and poor training, but this felt very prejudicial being non-Hispanic and of African descent. I definitely feel like I was judged because of my skin color, so I took my money next door to Subway. The employee working there greeted me warmly as soon as I stepped through the door. I was able to use the restroom and got a delicious meal made with care.

  Don’t ever have DoorDash to deliver your food from here because if the dasher keeps your food, this location will not satisfied the customer. They are refunding the order but we all know refunds take up to 14 business days. No one at either establishment thought to take into consideration that that $50 could have been my last to feed my family. No one cares because it doesn’t affect them or their family.

  Don't go to this location the manager Anthony will make fun of your name. What a great leader you have running this store he needs to be retrained.
