  Ordered and paid online, came just to pick up. No one was in the restaurant upon arrival. Finally made enough noise for someone to come up. Short, heavy set Hispanic lady who hated her job and customers was very rude, said it was ready, except for the chicken. She went back to the back for about 15 min and 8 more customers came in waiting for service. Some ladies left. She asked my name again and said "what chicken". Left to get my 2 medium pizzas(cold by now), breads sticks and boneless chicken (Ultimate Hut Bundle). I opened the "bone in chicken" and told her this isn't what I ordered. She said, "You got what you got!" and took off to the back again leaving myself and other customers still waiting. It's ridiculous to pay employees not to wait on paying customers. This will be this Pizza Huts last time they get my patronage. I earn my money and can spend it somewhere with better service!

  My whole pizza was raw the dough and toppings might as well go to walmart and get a frozen pizza ateast I know it would have been fully cooked and then when u try to call it in THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I'll just order Domino's for now on!!

  Our server Eli was a tremendous help in getting us a good deal on 2 medium pizzas with sticks and cinnamon for 21$ you guys rock!

  The service was terrible the waiter kept forgetting about us they didn’t bring any plates wit our pizza n the pasta there was barely anything. So I will not be coming back here ever hope yall get better experience than us
