The early morning shift is awesome with the 5 AM crew. The manager is great, and the food is delicious. However, today at 11am I ordered a McCrispy meal with large fries. The fries were very soggy and not filled to the top.

Place was dirty and unsanitary there was a dirty mop right besides the POS
apples on the happy meals expired when asked to replace apples they couldn’t because all they’re apples were expired which left me concern about what was I eating the cheeseburger was inedible had to throw all the food away I really have a hard time wondering how a business operates and thrives with such lack of concern for the cleanliness of their establishment

Extremely poor service. I’ve visited this location multiple times and each experience has been disappointing. The staff appears disengaged and depends solely on kiosks rather than assisting customers. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized half my order was missing. This location seriously needs better staffing and customer service.

Staff are so dependent on the kiosks that there is virtually no counter service. Simple order took 15 minutes. I marked the order as special request but when I went to the counter after my order was placed in the pickup rack, the staff ignored me for over 5 minutes so I left. Another person was also waiting at the counter to order. Food was just OK.
