  I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The team here is incredibly kind and truly customer service–oriented, which made the whole fast food experience stand out. Even though our order was initially incorrect, they handled it quickly and without any issue and were so nice about it the entire time. A special shoutout to Angel, who was especially accommodating and friendly. The location was also very clean, which I always appreciate. Overall, such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  When the culture of a restaurant is damaged or broken it's a never ending cycle of terrible service, no incentive, no pride, and no investment. Every time I come here I expect something to be wrong or the service to be lacking. It's sad but it's a cultural issue at this specific store. My food had almost no meat in it. So it was just like eating bread and lettuce and sauce. And the person at the first drive through window never even noticed me trying to pay. They had their back turned on their phone. Then I drive up to the second window and two, non smiling women gave me a sprite with no ice and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

  I'm giving a one star because one of you're employee's Dorothy had a really nasty attitude. And messed our order up, and forgetting stuff to add. In particular she was really disrespectful towards my girlfriend when I went to the bathroom and when I went to get drinks. In my opinion you should fire her because when I was working at papa John's she was very difficult to work with.

  Absolutely rude service. They gave me a dirty stare after correcting THEIR mistake of putting “beef” on my “vegetarian Mexican pizza.” They complained about having to make it again all whilst it took not even 1 minute to come out. Side note, $5 for a regular Chalupa? Come on now. Nearly $6 for mashed potatoes? Make it make sense.
