  Had a black guy helped me then he went to check someone out and grabbed all the money with the same gloves and got mad cause I asked him to redo my order then he got a attitude he never cleaned or swapped his gloves to grab the vegetables he put on the sandwich this lady was there with him don’t come unless you gonna watch your order but there both filthy and the girl was laughing with him when I left

  There was a bug on the bread of my daughter’s sandwich. When I called the owner, she didn’t even care and never once apologized. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything. I will never spend another penny at any subway location again!

  Usually when I come into the Anna location, I have issues with them making the sandwiches super messy and a mess. They have new employees every time I go. Today there were 2 Hispanic young ladies. The shorter 1 was VERY rude. She made a footlong sandwich and put a 6 inch amount of Philly steak. When I asked for a footlong amount, she said I have to pay extra. She then said she is the manager and she can call the owner. When she came back, she said the owner told her to charge me more. The taller young lady kept looking at her out of the corner of her eye knowing she wasn’t doing right. The girl kept smirking at me & laughed when I said no thank you. I went to another location in Melissa and she made the sandwich correctly with no issues. I told their manager about my experience at the Anna location & she said she knows exactly who I’m talking about and everyone has issues with that girl. I will NOT return to the Anna location & will also report to BBB.

  I will not return to this Anna, Texas location. I placed an online order for pickup. Upon my arrival at the alloted pickup time, my order had not been made. I waited and watched as the employee from the back, mopping the floor came and created my order. Then the employee failed to wash his hands, and just put on gloves to complete the order. Then the employee failed to add the extra protein I had already paid for. When asked about it, the employee stated he had place the extra on there, but you could clearly see the meat was sparse. Then the employee balled up my receipt and I never received any. This is unsanitary and I simply discarded the food.
