  This place already had horrible wait times and service but was close and convenient. Now they don't have the $5 meal deal. You can go to the new Braums across the street and get way better service and food for only a little bit more.

  I never write reviews but I’m over this McDonalds. Absolutely the worst service ever. You have a mobile order but still wait 40 minutes for your order but you have to go in to get it. I will go to the McDonald’s in Melissa from now on.

  Worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in a long time at McDonald’s. The cashier was extremely rude and acted like taking my order was a burden. No greeting, no courtesy—just attitude. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service. Management needs to step in because this reflects badly on the whole location. On top of that, the interaction felt rushed from start to finish, and there was zero effort to provide even basic customer service. It’s frustrating because this isn’t what you expect from a place that’s supposed to be quick and consistent. Experiences like this are exactly why people choose to go elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it, because one bad employee can drive customers away. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.

  I have had 2 orders from this location. Both of which did not come correctly and very old food. I usually love McDonald's, but this location needs some major help. Had to throw away the order it was that bad.

  I'm sick and tired of this McDonald's and thier cheap service! We customers pay for our food, it's not free!! And they always jip you! The fries are filled half way, and the burgers are getting smaller and smaller and look like they stepped on them!!! Thank God Braums across the street is opening soon!! Better burgers and service!
