When we did get someone they would disappear, and ignore everything we said, it took so long to get each item of our order in. Really frustrating as I love Taco Bell's food but I've had so many issues with them recently (mobile and in store) I may stop ordering.

The girl up front, was very nice and apologized for misunderstanding our order. Did have to order another one for my son, since he does not like sour cream. We did mention that the order was incorrect.But we still had to order another one. The right thing to do would have been to order a new one correctly with no charge.

My problem is that NOBODY was wearing gloves AND the cook went from phone to food. Gross. The front service person was so rude as well! Please avoid food poisoning and don’t eat there
