  Terrible location. The place is filthy and the employees look filthy too. The rice is hard and crunchy, and the chicken had so much cartilage in it. The girl with the blue highlights in her hair was extremely rude. She acted like everyone was an inconvenience, as if this isn’t her job. Avoid this place!

  I frequently visit the Chipotle Mexican Grill at the Sherman location and routinely purchase chips. Unfortunately, they are often stale at the time of purchase. Recently, while visiting Anna, I stopped at the Chipotle Mexican Grill and purchased a bag of chips. I was pleasantly surprised by their freshness; even the following day, the chips remained crisp. The rest of the food was fresh as well! Thank you!

  Everytime I go to this place they always seem to make fun of the name that's On the order. That's okay tho, but on 02/25/2026 around 920 pm we placed an order for two burritos, two queso sauce. Well we got one of the queso sauce, the burrito barely had any protein. It was stuffed with beans and rice and maybe half a scoop of protein on both burritos. $26 for two burritos with barely any meat is ridiculous. Like give me my monies worth of food.

  I ordered on the app, I asked for grilled onions and more fresh vegetables. I got home and none of the vegetables were in my burrito! I even double checked the receipt to see if I made a mistake, NOPE it was on the receipt! Really annoyed and I won’t recommend ordering online at this location otherwise you won’t get want you want.

  Whoever was making online orders on 2/22/26 at 10 pm doesnt care I ordered a bowl with chicken, guacamole, rice,tomatoe salsa, veggies and cheese. They gave me guac,chicken and rice I dont understand how they read it then skip half the table its crazy it man
