  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I waited in the pickup line for over 30 minutes with no movement. When I finally went inside to check on my order, the restaurant was filthy despite having plenty of staff working. They were out of basic items like guacamole, the chips weren’t even prepared, and yet I was still being upsold. On top of that, my order was incorrect. What stood out the most was the complete lack of kindness or care when trying to resolve the situation. This location seems poorly managed and unprepared to handle orders during busy times. I recommend going to a different Chipotle to avoid the frustration.

  First and last time I will be dining at the Anna Chipotle. If I were the manager of this restaurant I would be very upset to know that every table in the place was open but no one could dine in due to the trash, and old food all over the tables. The garbage can was over flowing to the point where you literally had to place trash on top on the garbage can. The drink station was gross and ice was spilling out onto the rug on the floor. All while 2 employees sat on break, we had to sit outside. This is not how you run a restaurant. My advise, have an accountable adult in the building to monitor staff. I took al picture of the trash and drink station from outside. The only place we could find a half way clean spot to sit.

  Every single night past 7pm you go there and they are out of half of their ingredients and tortillas. Staff starts acting like they don’t want to work for the last three hours of their shift. Save yourself time and don’t come to this location

  Horrible service. I really hate to complain but this is ridiculous. Been here multiple times and every time has been an issue with the staff. First time I didn’t even get my food after making a mobile order that I was charged for. Refused to give me a refund. Second time my food wasn’t ready in the timeframe I ordered it in and they were rude about making me wait and just handed me the bag after and didn’t say anything. I would highly avoid this particular location. One of the worst chipotle locations I’ve been to. And the fact that people are finding bugs and crap in their food too says a lot about their culture and management….

  Terrible management. The manager wouldn’t even come and speak to us when we had a problem with our order placing because the system was down and we were forced to make the order online. The manager wouldnt help and it resulted in a staff member literally crying because of her not wanting to help resolve a simple request of how we wanted our order made. Had to literally just leave our order there and go to a different location. Especially after they refused to help us cancel the order. Better management is needed.
