  Check your food and your receipt. Once I was not given any meat that I ordered and didn't know until I got home. Now, yesterday I asked if that was the right amount of meat only to find out he put more without informing me it was an additional $5.50. I'm done with this place. $18 for my 1 bowl. Crazy.

  Just rediculous. Placed an online order, gave them an extra 10 minutes to get it done, and not ready when I get there. They ask me to pull around, I leave and go get groceries, ready when I get back. 35 minutes on a burrito - I was a Qdoba GM for years, my store pushed 90 customers every half hour, could easily hop back there and get it done in seconds. Should have just cancelled and gone through the lobby. Team is obviously more focused on closing procedures than serving customers, that's the core of it.

  Terrible location. The place is filthy and the employees look filthy too. The rice is hard and crunchy, and the chicken had so much cartilage in it. The girl with the blue highlights in her hair was extremely rude. She acted like everyone was an inconvenience, as if this isn’t her job. Avoid this place!

  I frequently visit the Chipotle Mexican Grill at the Sherman location and routinely purchase chips. Unfortunately, they are often stale at the time of purchase. Recently, while visiting Anna, I stopped at the Chipotle Mexican Grill and purchased a bag of chips. I was pleasantly surprised by their freshness; even the following day, the chips remained crisp. The rest of the food was fresh as well! Thank you!
