    This is a Great Chick-fil-A. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The drive thru moves very quickly with no mistakes on any order I've received. The Spicy Chicken sandwich is my favorite - They are just perfect at this store. Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.

    Asked the blonde at the drive thru window for some ketchup.. she rolled her eyes and walked away. If you dont like your job….quit. If you dont like serving people of color… quit. Absolutely dissapointing!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 1. PARKING LOT IS SCREWED UP... 2. ONLY ONE DRIVE THROUGH LANE 3. DRIVE THROUGH STAFF TOOK ORDER WRONG 4. TRIED NEW ITEM 🫣😞. Jalapeno chicken club. Check pictures. Drive to Sherman or McKinney much better results

    Excuse the ever loving heck out of me? No. Absolutely not. They gave me 6.5 nuggets and a bunch of crumbs instead of a 12 piece. I MAY have been able to deal with it if I had ordered an 8 piece, but this is absolutely unacceptable. The entire batch only weighed 144g (with 1/3 being crumbs instead of chicken) when it's supposed to weigh 170g. The 8 is supposed to be 113g, but I didn't even get a 8 pieces worth of meat in my 144. Yeahh, no. That's a $2 theft and you've also robbed me of my dinner plans. When I first glanced into the bag, of course I was disappointed that they jipped me on the fries, but this happens almost every time and I've just said screw it up to this point. Not today though!! I've straight up been stolen from on each and every item. I can accept the potatoes, though that's also ridiculous, but you've crossed the line by messing with my chicken. For reference, the fries weighed a pathetic 121g when it is supposed to be 179g. The medium is supposed to be 125g. They didn't even give me a full medium!! To top it all off, the spicy chicken sandwich was only 166g when it should be 188g. To be fair, I DID ask for no pickles, but that certainly doesn't account for the total discrepancy or the absurd thinness of the chicken. I now have to adjust my food plan and figure out how to incorporate an additional 300 calories or so, and simply accept that my protein (& other macros) is going to be off since 1/3 of my 6.5 count 12 piece nugget was crumbs. I'm so annoyed and this sucks so bad. This is absolutely ridiculous and literally criminal. I bet this location is making BANK scamming all of its loyal customers. Btw, I gave a 3 star service rating because the guy who took my order was lackluster/unenthusiastic, and more importantly, looking everywhere EXCEPT at me which made the experience super awkward. If I hadn't checked my appearance before leaving home, then I would've thought that I had a booger hanging out of my nose or some other type of awkward feature. Like, did my breath stink or something? What's up with that?? 😅

    I never imagined I would be writing something like this about Chick-fil-A, especially the Anna Town Center location. I am genuinely heartbroken, disappointed, and honestly disgusted. On February 16, 2026 at 7:24 PM, I placed a mobile order (Drive-Thru #330157576) from Chick-fil-A Anna Town Center #04191, located at 513 S Central Expy, Anna, TX 75409. One of the items in that order was a fruit cup for my young daughter. I trusted Chick-fil-A to provide clean, fresh food, especially for children. She ate almost the entire cup, and just as she reached the bottom, she found a dead insect inside the container. As a parent, the shock and disgust in that moment is something I will not forget. I tried to handle this privately and respectfully. I emailed Customer Support, but the email bounced back. I then drove to the store on Tuesday around 4 PM and spoke with a manager named Lovely. I showed her the cup with the insect still inside and asked for the area manager to contact me. As of today, I have not heard anything. No phone call. No email. No follow-up of any kind. What hurts the most is not just the bug itself, but the complete lack of concern afterward. The silence tells me that no one has taken the time to investigate this. If my daughter found the insect after eating almost the entire fruit cup, how many more of these could still be sitting in their refrigerator or being handed out to other customers. The idea that a possibly contaminated batch may still be served to families and children is extremely upsetting and absolutely unacceptable. I truly did not want to write a public review. I wanted to resolve this directly with the restaurant. I believed Chick-fil-A would care enough to take a legitimate food safety concern seriously. But the lack of any response makes it clear that my concern is not a priority. I understand that one customer taking their business elsewhere will not affect their bottom line. But this experience has left me with no choice. I cannot continue to support a location that does not show basic responsibility when it comes to food safety and customer well-being. I hope this review motivates someone at this location to finally take responsibility, investigate this issue, and ensure no other family has to go through this.
