  I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here twice, and both visits were disappointing. The first time, my order was wrong. The second time, it was incomplete. On both occasions, we were handed our drinks and asked to pull up and wait by the side door, with the promise that our food would be brought out. After waiting about 10 minutes, we finally received our food—but the fries and chicken nuggets were stale and clearly had been sitting out for a long time. When we went back to have our incomplete order corrected, the staff acted as if the missing item had already been placed in the bag and insinuated that we were being dishonest over a 4-piece nugget—seriously? On top of that, they were extremely rude and gave us an attitude, which was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience—there are plenty of better places to eat.

  Parked and tried to eat inside. Lobby was closed. Went through the drive thru attempting to ask why the lobby was closed as I had wanted to eat inside and no one ever responded at the drive thru. Very disappointed ever since they discontinued their breakfast hours this location has gone steeply downhill in quality.

  I constantly order thru the mobile app for drive thru every time I come thru they have me pull over and park waiting for my food longer than if I just ordered in the drive thru and it's not a big order or long order just 4 items but it takes them forever and they all ways mess up the order
