Noticed employee cooking kept coming to the dining area with his gf kissing on her and rubbing on her hair returned to the back and grabbed a handful of chicken to drop in the fryer.The employee and others working did not wash hands while preparing food. Ask for a refund was told he was the manager. The so-called manager states I thought I washed them. We was also told he needed to reach the general manager via txt our order was not in the system. Mind you we had a receipt. Text was sent but noticed the gf who was reading a book all of sudden was holding the phone towards us and then started txting. We asked for the general manager to be called but was ignored. Finally a cash refund was offered to get us out the store but noticed once we left we were shorted $2.00. First and last time ever going to that wingstop. My neighbors usually order from there and they were told what happened and will not return as well. Wingstop need to teach their employees about hand hygiene/washing while preparing food.
