Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Go inside and tell them it's wrong. They take it back. About 10 minutes later, I received the new order and took it back to my vehicle to check it again. Still missing a sandwich. Go back inside and tell them it's still wrong, that it was missing a #7. About 10 minutes later, a trainer and the cook came out confused, complaining they had already had to fix it twice and didn't know what was wrong. I could tell they hadn't even checked because meals were still piled in the bag as I had left them. So I had to take all the sandwiches out and use them to count for them, like you would a child learning to count. It's ok, I know counting to 5 is hard for some. A bit later, they brought out my order. We get home and start to eat, but guess what, they still got a sandwich wrong. While sitting inside, waiting for my correct order, I saw several people there getting theirs corrected.

I arrived within the designated time I requested, but still had to wait and the food was not hot. I don't know what happened, I like Whataburger a lot. There possibly could have been a big rush or there was some sort of miscommunication in the back. Overall good, just could have been better.
